Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The apartment is located on the ground floor under terrace and garden and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a stovetop.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Our apartment is sittuated on the quiet location, few minutes walking distance from the Korcula Old Town and from the beach. It has private parking place. In front of the apartment there is a small garden and terrace with a view to the sea and Pelješac peninsula. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house but it has a separate entrance that ensures privacy.

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
