I had the pleasure of returning to Peacock at the Delta and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is absolutely stunning—nestled in a picturesque setting, surrounded by beauty of nature on full display. Being situated on a farm, I was delighted to experience the charm of rural life and even catch glimpses of the local wildlife. It’s a true haven for anyone seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The serene and peaceful surroundings were nothing short of magical, allowing me to unwind and recharge amidst the tranquility. It felt like I had found my own little slice of paradise, far removed from noise and distraction. The accommodations themselves were incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully maintained, ensuring a cozy and relaxing stay. What set this experience apart was the host’s warm and welcoming demeanor that made us feel at home. Whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat or unique experience connecting w/nature this is the perfect destination.

Nice relaxing getaway. You can’t beat the peace and quiet and being able to fish just a few feet away. Blake was always responsive and was a great host. It is just what I expected from a lake cabin. A great place to unplug and enjoy nature.

Our family had our annual reunion at the Delta house, which provided a roomy well-furnished, comfortable place for us to enjoy our visit. It’s surprising that the home was over 100 yrs old - it’s been well-maintained. And it was wonderful to have full bathrooms associated with every bedroom. And we loved the shady yard which was filled with spring ephemerals. The place is close to many fun places in town as well as to Clarksdale where we enjoyed a blues festival. Great place - will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay in lovely downtown Cleveland. We were in town for the Juke Joint Festival and the 35 minutes drive to and from Clarksdale was an easy drive. The condo was very comfortable, clean and in such a cute location.
