Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Übernachtung am Wochenende in der Wohnung von Elena. Diese ist gerade für mehrere Personen ideal, verfügt sie doch über drei Schlaf- und zwei getrennte Badezimmer. Uns allen hat sie sehr gut gefallen, sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auch im herrlichen großen Garten, inmitten schöner Natur, findet sich ein Bereich wo man gemütlich sitzen und zum Beispiel den Tag fein ausklingen lassen kann. Elena und Michael waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Fragestellung haben sie uns hilfreich unterstützt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Appartamento molto grande e molto comodo, con due bagni e dieci posti letto. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per il nostro soggiorno e una dispensa ricca di cibo per la colazione. Non ci è davvero mancato nulla, avevamo a disposizione anche microonde, macchinetta del caffè e tostapane. Priscilla è un ottimo host, molto gentile, disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Soggiorno piacevolissimo e alloggio molto consigliato.

L’alloggio accogliente e ben curato, nei dettagli. Molto ben inserito nel contesto dei colli bolognesi, dove verde e natura sono protagonisti. La host, Laura, è stata accogliente, disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. C’è tutto l’occorrente anche per una buona e ricca colazione. I dintorni offrono tanto soprattutto rispetto a passeggiate, trekking, storia dei luoghi, tour gastronomici… Insomma, non ve ne pentirete.

Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

Great place in the heart of Bologna!

Giovanni’s apartment was excellent! It’s located in a very quiet and charming area, with beautiful little streets and lovely buildings. The bus stop to the city center is just a 2-minute walk away, super accessible, and the center itself is also close — really convenient. The apartment is modern, cozy, clean, and well-organized — we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. There’s even a mini market right nearby, which was super handy. Big thanks to Giovanni for being so kind and available! He responded quickly to any questions we had and was always there to help whenever we needed something. On top of that, he regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend Giovanni’s apartment — it made our stay in Bologna a truly lovely experience. Best of luck, Giovanni! Sending greetings from Romania! Walid was a great host. We were grateful he was able to accomodate us with a late check in as the only flights we were able to book arrived at night. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you would need provided. There is a bus stop nearby but we ended up walking into town everyday. Would recommend and would stay again.

Roberto was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—before our arrival, during check-in, and even while we were in Bologna, he kept us well informed and made everything easy. The studio apartment was just as shown in the photos—compact, but with everything you might need. Entering the building through the beautiful porticos and staying in a traditional Bolognese home was such a unique experience. Honestly, this place offered everything I hope for in an Airbnb: a central location, authentic atmosphere, a thoughtful and attentive host—and of course, the lovely touch of complimentary tea, coffee, peanuts, and chocolate!

It is just great. Not a travellers airbnb, to get a cheap accomodation...it is also not private. It is exactly what and how airbnb started. A super nicw, very beaitiful furnitured house and room with a perfect view on the landscape. It iy super calm and nice, but you can only reach well by car. an extraordinary experience, which is by far better than the nowadays way too expensive flats in cities, selling their shitty rooms quite over priced. We really enjoywd our stay a lot, Laura is great, talks excellently English and will make you feel welcome. wonderful and one of my best experiences in airbnb, even though I mostly give 4 or 5 stars, if price and service ratio was okay. La communication avec Piero a été dès le début fort aisée. Son appartement à une poignée de minutes à pied de la Piazza Maggiore nous a permi de profiter pleinement du centre ville et de faire des pauses dans nos journées. Piero nous a fait plusieurs recommendations qui ont toutes améliorées notre séjour. N'hésitez pas à lui demander quelques conseils et adresses. Mention spéciale aux petits déjeuners en musique, servi dans son salon à la décoration pleine d'âme. Nous recommandons chaudement cette expérience de logement chez l'habitant, et pour être honnête, nous voyons mal comment elle aurait pu être meilleure !

Leonardo took excellent care of me while I stayed in Bologna! It was lovely to stay here! The room was spacious (more so than it seems in the picture), clean and comfortable.

Splendido casale ristrutturato di recente con gusto situato nelle campagne nei pressi di bologna . Gestito da due signore ( madre e figlia) gentilissime e disponibili a qualunque nostra richiesta . Molte delle cose offerte alla prima colazione sono state fatte dalle mani sapienti della nonnina come anche la pasta fatta in casa che abbiamo gustato una sera che siamo rimasti a cena nella struttura . Camere spaziose , pulite e ben arredate . Servizi igienici nuovi . Comodissimo il parcheggio privato . Ci torneremo sicuramente .

Stefano und Marilena waren die besten Gastgeber*innen. Da wir mit dem Zug anreisten hat uns Stefano vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch sonst ab und an gefahren. Das Haus ist so idyllisch gelegen, dass man eigentlich tagelang vom Balkon ins Grüne blicken und die Gedanken schweifen lassen möchte. Trotzdem kann man einiges unternehmen. Wir waren wandern vor Ort und haben uns die Burg angeschaut. das Frühstück war super lecker und Stefano und Marilena waren immer sehr hilfsbereit, gesprächig und freundlich zu uns. Einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Ho alloggiato in questa casa vacanze insieme alla mia ragazza. Camera e bagno privato puliti, cucina in comune ordinata. Nessun disturbo da parte degli altri inquilini.
