הגענו למקום בקלות והנחיות הכניסה היו ברורות. המקום מרווח, יפה, נקי ומסודר. החצר מקסימה והנוף מרהיב. האירוח מפנק ונעים. המארחים הגיבו מהר לפניות שלנו והיו מאוד מועילים. נהנינו מאוד!

Ho trascorso nell'appartamento il capodanno insieme al mio gruppo di amici. La casa si è rivelata una fantastica scelta, pulizia e accuratezza in ogni minimo dettaglio. Inoltre la gentilezza dei proprietari e la loro disponibilità sono stati i due elementi che aggiungono meritatamente la lode al nostro soggiorno. Da non dimenticare la ricca colazione apprezzatissima che ci ha preparato Raffaella al risveglio! Grazie mille per tutto!

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Wow! I can’t even start to describe how lovely our time was here. Sara and Salvatore went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. I was initially nervous at staying at place away from the city but it was worth every second. Salvatore kindly picked us up from the train station in Orte and gave us amazing recommendations, all of which we took and thoroughly enjoyed! The house was beautiful and so relaxing, a perfect weekend away. All instructions were clear and helpful for navigating the house and the area around. The house was so cozy, it was hard to leaveSara also took care of arranging the taxi service for us on Sunday morning which was beyond helpful to us. I would stay at this place every weekend if I could! A must stay place if you wish for a getaway. I wish there was an option for 10 stars! Thank you Sara and Salvatore!!!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casina di Tiro ed è stata una gran bella esperienza. La prima sera è finita la bombola del gas, non solo Giuseppe si è precipitato a sostituirla, ma ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino per scusarsi dell'inconveniente. Che dire? Crediamo che non avremmo potuto trovare un host migliore.

Es war einfach traumhaft! wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Wunderschönes Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet, grosser Pool. Wunderbare Umgebung in der Natur mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

Maria Franca è una host bravissima e disponibile, ci ha fornito delle ottime indicazioni e suggerimenti sul posto. La casa è molto pulita e corrisponde con le foto, la vista al lago è eccezionale, sicuramente torneremo.

Io, mio marito Matteo e i miei due figli abbiamo soggiornato nello chalet di Giulio dal 26 al 28 Maggio 2023 e siamo stati davvero benissimo. La casetta è immersa in una splendida natura, con un prato curatissimo, a due passi dal lago. Per chi viaggia con bambini o ragazzi il posto consente ai figli di divertirsi e ai genitori di rilassarsi, c'è la possibilità di usare una piscina molto carina e delle porte da calcio (i miei figli hanno passato bellissime giornate tra calcio, lago e piscina). E' un posto adatto a chi ama il silenzio e il non affollamento, almeno ora a Maggio c'era pochissima gente. Con la macchina si arriva facilmente a visitare i vari paesi e a mangiare in deliziosi ristorantini. Giulio un ospite premuroso e gentile, noi torneremo di certo!

Posto splendido. Persone squisite e molto disponibili. Tranquillità e riservatezza ad ogni ora della giornata. Molto gradita la degustazione di vini e prodotti offerta in occasione della fine dell’anno. Consigliatissimo

Mariangela, il sottoscritto, e i nostri due bambini Luca e Davide, di uno e cinque anni, abbiamo passato una piacevole settimana tra Natale e Capodanno nell'esplorare i dintorni della Tuscia e soggiornando nella Casa della Nonna. La casa ha risposto perfettamente alle nostre esigenze di avere un posto grande e ben attrezzato per gestire i tempi casalinghi per noi e soprattutto per i bambini. La descrizione della casa è fedele; a un centinaio di metri da casa c'è un supermercato fornito di tutto ciò che può e servire e, ancora più vicino, c'è un fornaio che prepara ottimo pane e squisite focacce. Per chi, come noi, cerca di stare lontano dal caos delle grandi città e cerca luoghi più tranquilli, ma comunque con i servizi necessari, la casa della nonna rappresenta sicuramente una buona opportunità!

Passare estate qui è un sogno! Posti bellissimi, condominio interessante. Piccolo appartamento stile antico ma con tutto necessario.

Estancia increíble en una finca preciosa y super bien cuidada, con un paisaje natural de ensueño y muy tranquilo. Las fotos coincidian totalmente aunque la realidad era mucho mejor. Importante destacar que el desayuno estaba muy completo por 5€, a base de productos naturales, casi todos hechos en la finca, muy sabrosos y saludables. Además nos sorprendieron con unos dulces caseros riquísimos. Todos fueron muy amables, acogedores y se preocuparon de que nos sintieramos a gusto, mención especial a Sara, que nos recibió súper bien. Nos quedamos con ganas de quedarnos más días, sin duda volveremos!

Questo è un posto magico ed estremamente romantico. Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage per tre notti ed è stato un weekend lungo meraviglioso. Ideale per coppie ma anche per famiglie dato che nei dintorni ci sono molti prati dove poter fare pic-nic o giocare coi bimbi. Roberto è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, molto probabilmente in futuro torneremo. Super raccomandato

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

PERFETTO PER FAMIGLIE CON BAMBINI. IMPECCABILE

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Woche an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde. Große Freiheit, dank Zaun, für unseren Hund, Sonne, Pool und alles was man braucht für uns! Wer die Ruhe in der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Vielen lieben Dank an Andrea und Barbara, ganz entzückende und aufmerksame Gastgeber! 💕

Diederik en Martine zijn heel aangename hosts! Geen vraag is hun teveel en heel snel krijg je antwoord. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied waar het rustig en stil verblijven is. Wie graag 's avonds nog café's of bars wil bezoeken moet de wagen nemen want in de onmiddellijke omgeving is weinig te beleven. Wél kan je wat hoger de berg oprijden en iets lekker eten bij La Baita di Montarale. De Italiaanse uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Aanrader! In de woning is alle comfort aanwezig: gasvuur,vaatwasser,koelkast met vriesvak, douche,bad,beddengoed,zelfs zeep en shampoo! Buiten kan je gebruik maken van de BBQ, de gezellige zitplaats én niet te vergeten het zwembad. Wekelijks komt iemand langs voor onderhoud. Natuurgebied dus ook heel wat dieren en kriebelbeestjes (insecten). Dagelijks hebben we schorpioentjes gespot (die ook wel al eens binnenshuis opdoken) wat eerst wat schrikken was maar uiteindelijk wel went...ze zijn onschuldig en nuttig. Wij hebben in elk geval genoten van onze vakantie in Casa Lavanda!!
