Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Bolsena

Bel appartement vaste et très bien équipé. Situé tout en haut de SPELLO, il peut être atteint depuis un parking proche en contrebas où l’on trouve généralement une place (en avril). Anciennes caves, le local est creusé dans la roche et n’est éclairé que par de toutes petites lucarnes. Il est donc sombre et la lumière électrique est indispensable à toute heure de la journée. Mais en contrepartie il reste toujours frais. La terrasse est très agréable et la vue appréciable. Corrado, en charge de l’appartement, que nous avons sollicité à plusieurs reprises est d’une gentillesse et d’une patience à toute épreuve. Très efficace, il est aussi doté d’un solide sens de l’humour et de très bon conseil. Merci à lui pour avoir contribué à rendre le séjour parfait !

This is a stylish, well equipped, well located apartment that combines historical ambience and a modern vibe very well. Simone is a great host and makes it all effortless. There’s great attention to detail as well from a decent coffee machine, to olive oil and balsamic vinegar to sharp knives and nice wine glasses. A great place to stay in Assisi. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

O apartamento é ótimo, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Um pouco afastado do centro histórico (cerca de 30 minutos a pé), mas o caminho é agradável. A anfitriã foi muito gentil, deixou café e outras coisas para usarmos na cozinha. A única coisa não tão boa é o chuveiro, que é bem fraco e tem mudanças bruscas de temperatura.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni splendidi ad Assisi, e questo alloggio si è rivelato perfetto come punto di partenza per esplorare la città. Situato in pieno centro, è comodissimo per visitare le principali attrazioni a piedi, immergendosi nella bellezza e nella storia del luogo. L’appartamento è tranquillo, curato, pulito e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Daniela e Alessandro sono stati cordiali e disponibili, fornendoci anche utili suggerimenti per godere al meglio dell’esperienza. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere Assisi da dentro, con la comodità di avere tutto a portata di mano.

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

Il Borghetto di Antonella e Quintilio ci ha regalato due giorni all'insegna del relax assoluto. Tutto perfetto: dall'alloggio, al patio, agli esterni estremamente curati, alle gatte sempre pronte per due coccole. Siamo stati benissimo! A presto.

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the enchanting historical town of Montepulciano. The apartment is so central, with many great restaurants and shops. Very clean and very easy check in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We loved our time in Montepulciano, thank you!

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Absolutely perfect place and incredible hosts. Everything exactly as described, would it recommend it for longer and shorter stays to get the best out of Perugia!
