I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

The apartment was cozy and clean and in a quiet area. Services and restaurants nearby. The historic center is easily accessible by escalator. I received good directions and Chiara answered all my questions quickly.

Tre giorni per evadere dal caos cittadino di Roma alla ricerca di tranquillitá, verde, relax e del buon cibo. Posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi, anche con i bambini. Si raggiunge il centro città in 10/15 Min a piedi. Fabrizio si è reso disponibile fin da subito a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento non ha disatteso le nostre aspettative, posto auto compreso, non da sottovalutare. Casa moderna essenziale e ben rifinita. consigliatissimo

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful hill top town. The Airbnb is super cosy and finished to a great standard, comfy bed, big bathroom, good cooking equipment, great heating and amenities and most of all beautiful views from bedroom and silent nights sleep. Don’t miss the chance to stay if planning a visit to Spello!

We really enjoyed Francesco's apartment. It has everything it needs to feel like a home away from home. The location was good, and once you work out the escalators you can bypass the steep climbs. There were good restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, I'd happily stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay I wish we could have stayed longer. Situated in a magnificent location with unique views and wonderful architecture. This place is sure to visit again and again. Wonderful welcome basket and helpful information to get around. Highly recommended

This was probably one of the best Airbnb stays we have experienced and we have stayed at a few. I'm a writer and I'm struggling to find the right words to describe the entire experience, but let's see how well I can do. First, the photos don't do the place justice. There is something magical that you feel as soon as you open the gate into the small courtyard. Simone was there to meet us, walking us through all the steps from how to use the keys, appliances, access Wifi, and even left us some top-notch coffee for the espresso machine. Not only that, Simone was always responsive and easily accessible and so, so kind. The furnishings were beautiful and yet comfortable. I didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard, but my husband did and enjoyed it very much on nice days. The location is close to the Piazza Comune, which has many restaurants and shops. We will be back. 💜 Grazie mille, Simone!

La casa è davvero molto carina, pulita e dotata di vari comfort. Il borgo è bellissimo e Marco è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. Ci siamo trovati benissimo all'appartamento di Giuseppe, spazio molto pulito, ordinato e organizzato con tutte le cose necessarie per i giorni che abbiamo passato lì. Lui molto disponibile sia per il check-in che per il check out, e disponibile a venire a trovarci negli orari convenienti a noi e a spiegarci tutto quello che riguardava la casa. Quartiere molto tranquillo, il centro storico si può raggiungere in 10-15' a piedi. La nostra esperienza è stata in generale tutta molto positiva! Grazie Giuseppe!

Alloggio pulito, con arredi moderni e nuovi, in un'ottima posizione in centro. Giacomo è stato molto gentile a tenere un posteggio in area blu al ns arrivo proprio di fronte al portone di casa. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare in casa acqua fresca in frigo e ovette di pasqua che le mie figlie hanno apprezzato molto. Il materasso del letto e il divano letto molto comodi e abbiamo dormito in perfetto silenzio. Consigliamo vivamente se passate da Perugia di alloggiare qui e anche se dovete fare il giro del lago Trasimeno o restare in zona, in quanto il rapporto qualità/prezzo di questo alloggio è molto buono. Grazie di cuore a Giacomo dell'ospitalità e accoglienza.

Although close to the commercial section of old Montepulciano, this apartment is on a quiet side street at the low end of the town. Photographs are accurate. The apartment was spacious for a couple; a family of four would be very comfortable there. LOTS of cabinet storage on both floors. Of particular note is the view of Tuscan hills from the living room window and the great, functional layout of the kitchen. The apartment is a short walk away from a large grocery store and countless wine shops, cafes, and traditional ristorantes. Parking is a steep climb away for those with mobility concerns. Communication with Paolo and Carlotta was excellent.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

L' appartamento di Marcus é in posizione perfetta, in pieno centro. Si trova al primo piano, due ampie camere da letto, cucina perfettamente attrezzata completa di forno e di lavastoviglie, bagno cieco, ma funzioale. Perugia si é rivelata una località perfetta, anche per visitare altre mete quali Assisi, Spoleto e dintorni. Marcus é stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

La villa es muy cómoda, espaciosa, temperada y con todas las comodidades, rodeada de una hermosa naturaleza! Muy cerca de Pienza y Montepulciano. El personal muy amigable y colaborador!Lorenzo, Cecilia, Serena y Alessia nos ayudaron a organizar y reservar puntos de intereses. Siempre tuvieron la mejor actitud para gestionar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unos días hermosos de descanso y conociendo la bella Toscana. Los desayunos no estaban incluidos, pero el precio fue muy accesible y barra libre 😋.
