The flat is right on Leith Walk and there is a tram which is 2 stops from Waverly station. There is also a direct tram to/from the airport. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. Note, the no smoking policy is STRICT, so there is a £100.00 fee if any guests violate it
