La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Tolles Haus Genug Platz für alle aber kompliziert zu finden und hügelige Landschaft. sehr schön abgelegen aber in 20 min in einem Supermarkt. All in all sehr toller Aufenthalt

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great location to catch a flight. Felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything. The is also a bus which takes you at the airport in 5 minutes if you don't wanna walk. Thank you very match for a stress free stay! ☺️

Accommodatie is volledig ingericht, inclusief wasmiddel, strijkijzer, kruiden.. et cetera. Een paar uur voor aankomst werd ons gevraagd of we nog een wens hadden waar rekening mee gehouden kon worden. Verder.. communicatie is top! Je voelt de ruimte om met vragen te komen (als ze er zijn). Tot slot: mooie locatie als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en bezoek aan Florence en Bologna. Met de auto naar een treinstation, parkeren en kaartje kopen. Openbaar vervoer is goedkoop en heel goed geregeld.

Alessandro è stato un ospite eccellente. Ci ha accolti di persona e ci ha mostrato l’appartamento, che è molto comodo e accogliente. È completamente ristrutturato, arredato con grande gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli, il che rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il riscaldamento è regolabile e permette di mantenere una temperatura ideale. Anche la posizione è perfetta: a due minuti da numerosi ristoranti e osterie, e a circa dieci minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Inoltre, è ben collegato con gli autobus. Alessandro ha reso il nostro soggiorno facile e confortevole. Senza dubbio lo ricontatterò la prossima volta che visiterò Bologna. Grazie!

Le logement est agréable, situé dans un environnement calme, et il est très bien équipé et moderne (équipements cuisine et salons récents, système de chauffage/climatisation...). Marco s'est montré chaleureux et professionnel (vérification des pièces d'identité, taxe de séjour, réactif dans les échanges sur l'application, accueil avec présentation détaillée du logement...). Il a su s'adapter pour que les indications d'horaires du check-in soient respectées malgré une réticence initiale. Nous avons passé une agréable journée et nuit sur place. Merci beaucoup !

Bella struttura, pulita e con giardino e posto auto privato in contesto tranquillo. Scala con 2 rampe per accesso al piano. Ottima soluzione i 2 letti matrimoniali + 1 letto singolo. Torneremo.

Casa in ottima posizione, era proprio quello che cercavamo, in mezzo alla natura, puro relax, la casa si presenta in ottime condizioni, pulita e molto ampia

Host super disponibile e cortese, alloggia come da descrizione, pulito, in contesto tranquillo. Noi eravamo in gruppo e abbiamo riservato l’alloggio interamente per noi, il posto si addice perfettamente per gruppi

Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo. Appartamento in cortile interno silenzioso adatto per un delizioso relax. Location situata ad una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro pulsante della città. L’host disponibile e pronto nelle risposte ai miei quesiti: gentilissimo nel concederci un check-out ritardato. Infine il “non plus ultra” di avere a disposizione un posto auto gratuito all’interno del summenzionato cortile! Non c’è che dire un’esperienza positivissima.

Tres bon logement. Tres bon lit. J ai mieux dormi dans ce logement que chee moi. Tres silencieux. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours de Bologne. La mere de Édouardo est tres gentille et aimable. Je recommande ce logement.

Appartamento grande e perfettamente tenuto. Letti comodi, anche il divano letto. Ilaria è stata gentilissima, rispondendo ad un milione di domande e dandoci la massima flessibilità sia sull arrivo che sulla partenza. Peccato per il rumore degli aerei, ad averlo saputo ci saremmo tutti premuniti di tappi 😂

La casa es muy bonita, bien cuidada y con muchos detalles para estar comodos. En nuestro caso, llegamos de un vuelo despues de medianoche y nos espero hasta 1:30am, fue un gesto muy bonito. Gracias por eso! EL lugar tiene un patio muy bien cuidado y la casa bien equipada y limpia.

We had a great stay! Check-in and out with a lockbox was really convenient. Super walkable to everything in center city. And the home is just very cute and well decorated :) the only thing to mention is I would be wary of counting on the WiFi. It’s just a mobile hotspot and it was pretty spotty. Nicolò was responsive and brought us another one to try but it wasn’t much better. I had to tether to my phone to do Zoom calls for work.

Also wenn man mit einem auto unterwegs ist sehr schöne und gute lage 15min bis bologna ca 1h von verona entfernt also kann man auch andere städte besichtigen und sehr nette menschen und sehr bequem hat mich sehr gefreut
