Visitors to this wonderful area can stay within the grounds of Knockbrex Castle. The area is a walkers and biking paradise and just a short walk (5-10 minutes) to various beaches. The Bothy is a modern self-contained studio adjacent to our home. An old stone bothy converted in 2017, the accommodation offers a private open plan space with it's own entrance, patio garden and parking. Situated on a smallholding looking out to sea in a beautiful region on the Solway coast, secluded beaches and coves are only a 15 minute stroll and the artists town of Kirkcudbright a short drive away. We offer a 15% discount for weekly stays.
