Cosy, double room in artist’s house.

We are NOT in the city of York, but a separate town 9 miles away, just to clarify. We moved to this characterful house in Tadcaster 5 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This double room is in the attic so feels cosy, but with dual aspect original sash windows is bright and airy too. It’s the smallest of our rooms so ideal for a quick stop over but has hanging space, tea & coffee and tv and the use of our newly fitted shower room. This room isn’t suitable for large dogs.

Grassington spacious B&B with incredible views

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

2BD in small village near Harrogate

We live in a lovely small village which is 7 miles or approximately 15 mins North of Harrogate. It is also 15 mins to Ripon & Knaresborough & less than a hour to the historic city of York. We are very close to the World Heritage site at Fountains Abbey & Studley. I also have an additional double room & a futon double bed so I can accommodate up to 4 adults & 2 children if required, price can be negotiated!! There is no TV in the bedroom but guests can watch TV in the lounge.

The village offers a quiet and peaceful place to break away, relax and charge those batteries. This country pub is the heart of the village and has been run by landlord and landlady John and Diane since 2018. Our newly converted stables comprise of 6 boutique rooms each with an EnSuite bathroom overlooking the courtyard.
