Third time our team have stayed - wonderful home with a very relaxing outlook - the team have asked for this property next month ! Thanks Rob.

Sophie is a great host, friendly and welcoming, and very responsive to any queries. The information book she provided in the flat was very helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay here. The flat was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, in a beautiful quiet setting. The patio was a lovely sun trap in the evenings for a drink with stunning views! The local village shop was well stocked with both essentials and a deli counter, and the butcher had a lovely bakery as well as a selection of homemade meals and the best steak we’ve ever had! We ate out one night at the local pub and had a really good meal. There also seems to be a really good bus service that runs regularly through the day if you needed it, but from here you are within easy reach of places to visit like Robin Hood’s bay, Whitby, the coast and the beautiful North York moors. We can highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Well what can I say... Pauline and Graham were wonderful host from the day we got there till the day we left, the annex was perfect with all the extra Pauline leaves (bread, eggs, milk, jam, flowers ect.. ) the list goes on and on. Now too the woodland which Graham has got it to a T with its little walkways and seating here and there and it's was sooo peaceful, our dogs Teddy and Bertie (Shih Tzu) loved it and so did we. I must say a lot of B&B call themselves 5 STAR but this is definitely 5*, thankyou it was just what the doctor ordered ( well if he remembers to order it 😂). See you soon Angela Peter Teddy & Bertie. This was a truly special stay. How often can you say you've stayed at a beautiful castle! Caroline was extremely responsive and everything was as described -- yes, that includes some limitations. When you are in a very historic building that's also someone's private home, you can't necessarily have every amenity that you get in a luxury hotel. But these limitations are very clearly communicated and completely reasonable (mostly that there are some areas of the grounds that are private/not for the Airbnb guests, and that the building gets cold). Caroline supplied many little touches that made it an extraordinary stay, and was very understanding about my young children.

Such a perfect place to stay with beautiful views, a variety of birds in the garden and peace and quiet. Welcome pack of milk, bread and jams. Everything you could need is to hand. Lovely community shop and nearby dog walks. Ideally situated for Haworth and Keighley

We had a wonderful couple of nights in Linda’s Airbnb. It was spotlessly clean and had lots of lovely touches - toiletries in the bathroom were a plus! Thank you for the milk and drink provisions too - was great to be able to make a cuppa as soon as we arrived! Bed was very comfy and lovely bedlinen too! Would highly recommend fish n chips from The Scrap Box just down on the main road!

An interesting passage beside a terraced house leads down to a secluded garden. The accommodation is accessed through a sliding patio door. The two bedrooms and the toilet (great shower!) lead off the main living space. All the essentials are there in the kitchen area - kettle, microwave and fridge. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We had a really nice day and it was set in a beautiful location, we felt right at home. We hope to visit again one day!

We had a wonderful stay at Howee Inn. It’s small but perfectly formed and had everything we needed for one night. Pamela was really friendly and provided clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. We were left bread, milk, eggs and butter which was a lovely touch that we enjoyed for breakfast. The local area is lovely too, and we would recommend the local pub for dinner.

Beautiful little place, I booked for me and partner but due to circumstances we did t get to go so I have our okace up to a family member, she recommended to go some day and said she will be going back herself. She said it was cosy and cute and very romantic, she did a video tour for me and it was exactly how I hoped it would have been. Once my personal circumstances have resolved me and my partner will defo be booking again for some time in the future. Because it was such short notice she didn’t get to try the pubs/food near by but she went for a walk about 20mins away sent me lots of pics and said I’d love it, as I am a walking person myself the scenes looked beautiful. Tania was excellent and very friendly. Happy customer and happy replacement attendees .

My son stayed ar Joanne's apartment for a week while visiting a friend in Leeds. This being my son's first time traveling on his own, Joanne's was amazing with helping him settle in. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions, even hunting down a mis-delivered package sent to a wrong address! Gracious, hospitable, responsive, and caring. Everything you'd want in an Air BNB host! Thanks, Joanne!

An Exceptional Stay – Perfect for Bikers and a Peaceful Getaway We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Chris & Nikki’s Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Both hosts went above and beyond – genuine, friendly people who couldn’t do enough for us. As fellow bikers, they truly understood our needs and even made space in their garage so our bikes could be stored safely and securely. That kind of thoughtfulness really made all the difference. The home itself is in an idyllic spot – peaceful, scenic, and perfectly located for exploring the stunning Yorkshire Wolds. It was the ideal base for our countryside rides. One thing we particularly appreciated was the “no kids, no pets” policy. It’s rare these days to find a place that caters to adults seeking a bit of peace without the added chaos – it gave the whole stay a much more relaxing vibe. A special shout-out to Chris for lending a helping hand when I ran into an issue with my bike – he stepped in

Had a lovely stay- very peaceful, comfortable, well equipped and beautiful private place to stay. Fantastic location within walking distance of the lovely town and easy short drive to beautiful countryside. Would definitely stay again.

Paul and Anne were very lovely and welcoming. I mentioned we were coming for my 21st birthday so Paul left a bottle of prosecco for us which was so thoughtful. They provided jam, butter, milk and bread on arrival which we greatly enjoyed. The apartment was clean and comfortable and close to the lovely North Bay beach. It was an all round amazing trip and we'll be thinking of returning.

Had another great stay at Clare's property, warm, cosy and very well equipped, Clare's always on hand for help and advice. It's very handy for visiting our family in Pocklington, 20mins in the car to North Cave nature reserve. The Plough at Allerthorpe has just reopened, just 200m away, serves great meals and beer, but suggest booking for meals.

Everything was excellent . Lovely host. Ian went out  of his way to  accommodate us.Thank you.

We have just spent 3 lovely nights at Joanna’s beautiful home. Town End Cottage was everything we expected it to be and more. The space is absolutely beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Only a 35 minute drive away from Windermere and 25 from Aira Force waterfall, we had endless options of sights to see. Thank you to Joanna and family (including the lovely kitties) for a peaceful stay. We hope to be back soon!
