Really nice accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, super clean. There is a beautiful waterfall on a walkable distance from the apartment. Pavlinka provided very accurate and useful instructions for the Seven Rilla Lakes hiking trail.

Възхитени сме от Бялата къща в Дивотино. Нашият най-малък член на семейството и неговите приятели гости - деца от 2 до 7 години - си изкараха страхотно в невероятния детски кът и в басейна. Галина беше като баба за тях и осигури комфорт на всички ни. Къщата е уникална - с прекрасна гледка и безброй възможности за отдих. Нямаме търпение да се върнем за още чудесни почивки!

Студиото беше страхотно – уютно, чисто и много приятно. Имаше всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Атмосферата беше топла и приветлива, точно като на снимките. Бих отседнала отново с удоволствие и горещо препоръчвам!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

We were 4 people and stayed for one night. It is located close to a lake with gorgeous views. It’s very off the beaten path and is a wonderful place to relax. Our host gave us many tips for the area, provided us with fishing rods for the lake and was incredibly hospitable. The apartment itself is very rudimentary. It’s nothing luxurious, but it’s appropriate for the price. If you want a simple, yet scenic, place to stay, I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aleksandar’s villa. The place is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Great swimming pool and well-kept garden with plenty of entertainment for kids, dogs and adults. Aleksandar and his father were very helpful and responsive. Strongly recommended!

Много хубава, голяма и чиста къща. Мястото за хранене е отделно от къщата, което също е удобно. Мястото е комуникативно и в центъра на града, в близост до магазини и ресторанти. Борислав е много гостоприемен домакин.

Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

Great place for the Lads looking for a budget friendly stay. We wanted somewhere close to the lifts Warm Cheap This listing met our criteria perfectly, it’s sleeps 7 comfortably, can sleep 10 but 2 would be sharing small double beds and the final person would be on a sofa bed, It’s not Glam but it’s not described as glam so can’t be criticised for it. I’d advice ear plugs so you can’t here your friends snoring in the room next door or if the bar below is playing music 🤣 I had ear plugs so slept like a baby Would happily come back again 🫶

Great spot for visiting the Rila lakes. Easy to walk into town. We made a last minute booking and Borislav was very accommodating and speaks great English, which is handy. He was also very helpful with our questions about buses, etc and always quick to respond. Check in was easy - we were greeted at the door by his very warm and welcoming mother and were otherwise left in peace. We only stayed one night, but could have easily stayed longer. Lovely to have a garden to do my morning yoga in the sunshine!

Our stay at Mariela’s place was great. We especially liked the comfort, privacy, the yard and the wood stove. The unit is thought out with great love to the last detail: Everything is within easy reach and easy to use. There was tea of various kinds, coffee , olive oil and other surprises. We felt at home from the first moment. The is a large fun green backyard with trees and a front balcony which a table and chairs, plenty of wood for the fireplace. It as a real pleasure! Mariela was always available for questions if we had any and gave us explanations about orientation in the area. I highly recommend!

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy. A small fridge is outside the apartment. There is also a next door apartment and the door is not so soundproof so when someone is outside we hear everything. The kitchen is at another building just a few steps out of the apartment. It is not so convenient when it rains or if you are with your underwear to go out to cook. The sewer pipes from the upper floor go through the bathroom so when someone flashes the toilet you can hear the water coming down. The heating is an air conditioner which is doing a good job! Well, overall is a good choice for a short period stay.

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

היינו בחופשה משפחתית 6 ימים .הבית גדול ונקי, המטבח מאובזר לחלוטין,בחצר ניתן לעשות על האש.מיקום הנכס מעולה לצורך טיולים רגליים וקרוב מאוד לאתר סקי בורובץ.התקשורת עם בעל הנכס Atanas היתה מצוינת,הגיב מאוד מהר וענה על כל השאלות.מאוד נהנינו בבית הזה ואם פעם נבוא לאזור נשמח להתארח כאן שוב.
