First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la casa de Jörg’s , el trato ha sido exquisito, y la casa es espectacular, una piscina muy grande y muy equipada. La casa la entregaron muy limpia. Un 10 de nota. Pedro Perez y familia

Casa fantástica. Para pasar unas vacaciones en familia es ideal. La piscina, las vistas, las instalaciones… la ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca del centro pero necesitas coche. La casa se nota que es nueva y todos sus accesorios y equipamiento también. Sin duda repetiríamos. Como aspecto a mejorar destacamos la comunicación. Había una fuga enorme en la manguera del jardín y tardaron más de 1 hora en cogernos el teléfono y hasta el día siguiente no vinieron a solucionarlo. Por otro lado, como sugerencia, estaría bien una zona de sombra en la piscina.

Hemos estado fenomenal. La casa es espectacular y la zona es estupenda. Está a 2 minutos andando de un par de playas (pequeñas, tipo cala) y muy cerca en coche de Vinaroz y de Benicarló. La casa tiene todas las comodidades y un amplio jardín con terraza que es un verdadero lujo. De 10.

Oiga y Marc excelentes anfitriones, siempre muy atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y siempre disponibles. El lugar es muy acogedor y muy adecuado para compartir en familia como fue nuestro caso con nuestros hijos, nietas y perritos. El jardin y la piscina son hermosos. La atención de María fue fenomenal nos recibió muy bien nos explicó todo fue el mejor espacio en el que me he quedado en España,muy amplio cómodo y silencioso nos encantó a todos muchas gracias ,súper recomendable fue genial ⭐️

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

Mark fue un anfitrión encantador. Nos ayudó a conseguir una cuna de viaje y una trona para nuestro bebé y así evitar tener que llevarlo nosotros. En la llegada fue muy flexible, de hecho entramos algo antes de lo acordado porque así nos lo ofreció. La casa muy cómoda, tal y como se muestra en las fotos.

Serafin and Maribel's villa with pool, large garden and access to the sea is just like paradise. We had a wonderful time there with our 1-year old daughter, enjoying the garden with private playground, pool and the beach just infront of the villa. All is designed extremely tasteful and we felt like home immediately. Our hosts have been extremely nice and helpful with everything we needed. We'd stay there again any time.

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece, blending traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities. The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber, die unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam waren. Sie haben dafür gesorgt, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos und angenehm verlief. Vielen Dank für diese großartige Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

¡Es perfecta! Tiene un jardín espectacular y una ubicación excelente, la piscina tiene un tamaño ideal, por la tarde tiene sombra gracias a la casa.

Increíble lugar!!!, tranquilo y cerca del núcleo urbano en coche, ideal para lo que necesitábamos el alojamiento.Tanto Lorenzo como Ana y Milán súper atentos a nuestras necesidades y muy amables. Sin duda merece la pena y si tenemos que volver a ir, volveremos a repetir. Gracias por todo!!!

Carlos gracias por recibir a mi familia! La pasamos genial , gracias por estar al pendiente siempre. La casa es hermosa, cómoda, todo para hacernos felices una semana completa. Las vistas al mar , el paseo marítimo y la piscina. Nos encantó… viajamos una vez al año a diferentes lugares en familia y seguro está entre nuestras favoritas. Un abrazo también a Fono quien nos despidió y fue amable en anticipar su llegada cuando se lo pedimos para irnos.

Cette Villa est tout simplement magnifique ! La piscine est superbe ! Les infrastructures sont merveilleuses ! Je reviendrai l’an prochain sans hésitation ! Les hôtes sont super arrangeants ! Sans oublier Rosa !! Une femme magnifique, gentille, accueillante, qui fait tout pour que nous soyons plus que bien ! Nous avons passées de superbes vacances ici et nous sommes triste de ne pas avoir pu réserver plus longtemps ! Merci pour ces vacances !

Loved our vacations in Torild's house. It was comfortable and spacious. We specially enjoyed the outdoor spaces where we cooked, ate and spent time on the pool. The house was close enough to beaches and resturants but still in a quiet area as we wanted. Thanks for recieving us.

We had a fantastic stay, the Villa was just a beautiful as the photos, so clean and spacious and decorated in a traditional style which we loved, and very well looked after. Every amenity has been thought of, and the little touches were really appreciated. The highlight is definitely the pool, such a good size, and combined with the seating area and barbecue meant we rarely wanted to leave the Villa! The area was lovely and quiet, with the beach less than a 2 minute walk (as others have said bring beach shoes), a great supermarket just around the corner, as well as a bus stop if you don’t want to drive into the main centre of Vinaròs.
