The Love Nest is a totally private cottage located on the shores of beautiful Boshkung Lake in Algonquin Highlands which, in the summertime, boasts a lovely sandy beach! During the off season (November 1st to the May long weekend) the cottage sleeps 4 maximum (2 adults + 2 kids) as only the main cottage is available.* Sorry, weekly rentals only for July & August (Friday check in).

There is little to no current in front of our cottage. You can jump right off our dock into the water or you can walk in. We do not have anyone across the water, it is a beautiful view of trees. A private lakeside retreat with all-day sun and sunsets, featuring the main cabin, wood sauna, kayaks and rowboat, private shoreline and docks. Unlimited WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, two fire pits, docks, excellent swimming (clean and weed free) on a private forested property. It is 15 minutes to Haliburton with many stores. This beautiful cottage is on the west side of Boshkung lake. It has 3 bedrooms inside with queen beds and a cozy bunkie outside with 1 queen bed. It's private with a nice beach area for kids. The screened in porch is perfect for meals. The raft is great for swimming, jumping, playing and catching sun. It's a great place for families to create memories. * Fireplace temporarily out of service - hoping to get it up and running by Summer 2026
