This has been my favorite airbnb I have stayed at! It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully sticked with everything you would need and there was a grocery store within walking distance. Also the restaurants and coffee shops in the town were within walking distance as well. The view and atmosphere of this place were incredible! We will definitely be staying here again for our next Eldorado ski trip!!

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's lovely, super cozy home. The home is infused with lots of TLC and fine touches that make it special and inviting as well as livable. And, it is located in close walking distance to retail outlets in the Crossroads section of Boulder and, of course, the famous Pearl Street. Thanks, Susan, for allowing us to stay in your home!

Large house with a driveway parking spot. Great house for a larger group. Nice, large kitchen for cooking or hanging out.

Wonderful place to stay with fabulous decor and responsive host who was very accommodating during a complicated stay! Would absolutely recommend and plan to stay again!

This is a very nice house. The kitchen was super-stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The house was nice--it has three temperature zones, probably for necessity, but this was convenient for us. We had Thanksgiving dinner with family and the kitchen/dining was very good. The area is "Boulder" so there are restaurants, bike trails, amenities. The hosts were communicative and the instructions for the house were clear. We would do this again.

This is a great house, very well laid out, and the apartment in the basement is amazing, a pleasant surprise. Everything we needed was there. As a Floridian, it was a little cold upstairs, but otherwise everything was great.

Sierra was responsive and helpful. Her place was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful park across the street. Right next to the bike path we used to get around town and to the office. Highly recommend staying at her place.

We loved our stay at Christine's home. We had plenty of space to spread out across four bedrooms. The kitchen was fabulous, well stocked, and a great place to hang out and enjoy making meals. The kids had so much fun with the games, air hockey table, giant TV, and a trampoline in the side yard. We could walk to a nice grocery store at the end of the street, along with lots of trails nearby. The house itself had so much natural light and wood -- it was gorgeous. We would stay here again (one of the kids stated they wanted to live there forever)!

Really nice basement apartment with tons of space in Superior. I was suprised at how spacious the space was, which was really cool. Also, with everything but a stove the host really made it easy to keep / prepare foods. Kelly was super communicative and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this place!

This was the perfect spot for a cozy, quiet getaway. The apartment was spotless and so comfortable. We would happily stay here again and again!

Carol's place is a little oasis in Boulder! Calm and peaceful, comfy beds, and everything you could possibly need tucked away and neatly stored. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Bill & Mindy were lovely, helpful hosts, they made us feel right at home. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the kitchen and bathroom well equipped with some nice extras.

Ivo's place was just perfect for my husband and myself. It is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We liked the private entrance, the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity (easy walking distance) to the Coal Creek Trail and local shops. Ivo checked in to make sure all was well and was quickly responsive to a minor appliance glitch. We hope to stay there again on future visits to Lafayette.

Loved this place in Nederland way above the City of Boulder. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. Has a neat separate entrance good for privacy. Once inside the unit is sweet, like a fancy hotel suite with a full kitchen and spacious deck. It’s very well-appointed and made me feel at home. Will definitely come back.

Nikki is an amazing host! She was very responsive to all of my messages and answered any questions I had. The place exceeded my expectations; very clean, neat/tidy, comfortable bed, quiet location. It had all of the space and amenities I needed for my stay. Close to town, restaurants and several parks. I highly recommend this place to stay!

What an amazing gem right in the heart of Boulder! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore. Melissa was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From thoughtful touches to her accommodations, her hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to return!

Brian's airbnb was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Boulder. Very accessible and close to walkways and parks. The condo was very well stocked, tastefully decorated and very clean. I would love to stay here again.

Set in a quiet residential area of Boulder, Gregory’s condo is a wonderful and relaxing place to stay when you visit. There are accessible hiking trails nearby and beautiful views of the mountains, plus two grocery stores are a short walk away. If you want to stay in a low-key, comfortable, and clean spot, book Gregory’s place.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

Perfect home base in Boulder for a few days. The layout was perfect with plenty of space. Decks were a plus as the weather was nice. Parking was easy on the street. Alison was excellent communicating before and during our stay.

Great location! Walkable to CU and the Pearl Street Mall. The condo was very comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee, sugar, spices, and oil available. The 4 cruiser bikes are a nice perk, which sadly we didn't get to use because of a snow storm. Host was very responsive and helped to trouble-shoot an issue with the router/wifi. We would stay here again, given the opportunity to visit Boulder again!

Barbara was a fantastic host! She was super friendly and helpful from booking all the way through checking out. The property was exactly as described and looked even better in person than in the photos. It was very comfortable had everything we needed for our stay in Boulder. So many great restaurants in the area! It was an easy hour drive from the Denver airport or to visit Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

My wife and I stayed eight nights at Eric’s place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The TV services for adequate for our needs. It was convenient to have access to a washer and dryer. Grocery stores were very close by. We stopped twice at the nearby Whole Foods. We walked to Pearl street on several evenings for dinner and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel very safe in the surroundings. Everyone I met in the community for very nice and welcoming. If you need to stay in Boulder, CO and would like to be within walking distance of Pearl street Eric’s place is a great choice. Parking is on the street and as indicated I never had a problem finding a place to park. Most often I parked directly in front of the condo, one only one occasion maybe 100 ft or so up the street. You are in a four unit building, but there were no problems with noise or anything from neighbors. I would stay again!
