Conker Lodge is 10 min walk to The Old Mill which is sat on the banks of the scenic River Stour and its many leisure facilities which include river walks, cycling routes, fishing. Only 10 min drive to Bournemouth, 15/20 min drive to New Forest

Tiny Home by the Sea with allocated free parking

Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Close to beaches AND the New Forest.

On the number 36 bus route into Bournemouth, Talbot uni campus and Kinson . There is a fridge, microwave & kettle Basic crockery & cutlery. Located on the outskirts of Bournemouth and Poole and within reach of the New Forest, the Garden Retreat is a self contained 1 bedroom lodge with private courtyard and hot tub. The Garden Retreat is 2 mins walk from a local pub/restaurant. Bournemouth’s award winning sandy beaches are about 15 minutes away by car. Lodge features air conditioning, remote controlled blinds, hot tub with mood lighting and wi-fi speakers, outdoor dining area, fridge, combi oven, coffee machine and sofa bed.

Newly renovated large flat

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.
