Ivy Cottage is our beautiful thatched cottage in Ilsington, Dartmoor. Three bedrooms (sleeping 6), and a log burner that earns its keep when the weather turns. Wet boots by the door, logs on the fire, and Netflix if you don't want to go out! Dartmoor is right there — Haytor, the ponies, a good long walk and a cream tea! Ilsington is a small and quiet village. The village pub closes 26 September; others around Haytor and Bovey Tracey. Parking available outside the cottage!

There are some great pubs nearby, Exeter is 20 minutes, 10 miles to the sea and close to Dartmoor, Ashburton and Newton Abbot. Heated by a woodburner. Very cosy. I'm afraid we don't take children under 13.
