This is a very cute attic studio apartment for longer 31 day (or more) stays. Perfect for guests who don't mind sharing a bed. Just a few blocks from the Chilson Ctr. and Downtown, easy access to I-25 and HWY 34 (road to Estes Park). This unit has everything you need: dining area, kitchenette with induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink, disposal, and more. Does not include a range. Has a 3/4 bath with step-in shower, dresser, desk, streaming TV, walk-in closet and private deck.

The apartment is a pleasant walk to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre and museum. The apartment has its own patio surrounded by fruit trees. This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One well behaved, small dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee. Please contact the owner before booking with a pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.

The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Welcome to Loveland, a community nestled in the foothills and a gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our downstairs suite is 600 sq. ft. in our private home. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofa, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. We live on the main level and will be available if needed.
