The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Come stay at our peaceful cozy cabin with a hot tub to recharge and relax. Our cabin is located on a back country road with very little traffic. You have lake frontage just across the road on a 19 acre non motorboat lake. You can kayak, fish or swim here. Our cabin has all the amenities you need including water, electric, grill, outdoor picnic table and fire pit. The cabin is small, cozy and one to remember!!! We have two kayaks, paddle boat and new dock for you to enjoy.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!
