The lodge is a perfect bolthole for couples, to enjoy all year round, for a short break, mid-week stay or even longer break. It makes a perfect base to explore the North Norfolk Heritage coast with it's excellent beaches, stately homes, RSPB reserves, charming villages and excellent quality restaurants.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

Garden completely secure for small children (cot, high chair and stairgate available). Full central heating makes it ideal for winter breaks. A perfect cottage for year round family holidays. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom give easy accessibility for those with limited mobility. Sorry, no dogs.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.

Situated in the north Norfolk coast in Brancaster Staithe, the cottage is walking distance from the local harbour and sailing club as well as the notorious Jolly Sailors pub. A large and enclosed private garden and inner courtyard with a sheltered west facing patio. There is parking for several cars.

It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
