This was a fun & relaxing vacation for us, our kids and the grandkids. We really never left the place except to take the boat out. The kids and grandkids had a blast in the water and the shallow water was perfect for the young ones - they especially liked the water trampoline! The house is very spacious so we never felt crowded and my daughter was able to ‘work from home’ there utilizing the desk upstairs and the picnic table on the deck one day. The kitchen offered us everything we needed for food preparation so we didn’t have to go out to eat. We would recommend Karen’s place to others.

The house was very nice. Quiet area. A lake close by. Cynthia left fishing poles for us in case we felt the urge. There were plenty of board games inside for a rainy day or a family game night. The beds were comfortable. Cynthia also left a tray of snacks like protein and energy bars asa well as oatmeal. Bottled water as well. Nice sized yard with a fire pit. If we need a place in that area again, we'll check this place out. The price was the same as the hotels we were considering nearby as well. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and the property.

Donna was very kind and sweet to us as we stayed for two weeks. She greeted us and gave us a great tour of the place and gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendations! She was very clear and easy to get ahold of for anything we may have needed. Anyone looking for a great place with an amazing host will not be dissatisfied. The kayaks and fishing was a great bonus as well. Caught lots of bass,pike, and perch. 10/10

This home was beautiful, super clean, and spacious. Ample parking, bedrooms, and bathrooms for several guests. Very family and child friendly. The home decor is also very well done. They pay attention to details that help it feel like home from the start: plenty of extra towels, tissues, kitchen supplies, local coffee, cozy and clean bedding, and fun games. The house is far from neighbors and has peaceful views. Nate was also a very responsive and polite host. We hope to stay again in the future.

The home was absolutely perfect for our annual girls trip. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of. The large table for meals and games has the best views. Sunsets from the fire pit, the beach or the house are beautiful. We will definitely be back!

This was our group's second year spending the 4th of July at Mathew's house on the lake. It really is an ideal spot (we're 3 adult couples and 1 toddler) and has plenty of space. The bedrooms are all a greta size, the kitchen is perfect for cooking all your meals, and the two living/family rooms are spacious and comfortable. What really sets this house apart, though, is the outdoor space. The wraparound deck overlooking the lake is truly spectacular, and the house has plentiful seating options to enjoy the views.

I had a work project in MI for a couple of days. My project had delays and I decided to extend my stay in Paul's property. Everything went very smoothly from my check in to my extension request and to check out. Paul was a very responsive, fair, and communicative host. I strongly recommend this place for others to try.

This was our second stay and it was delightful to return. Everything is laid out so well, the bed is so comfortable and we felt right at home. Thanks for hosting us again!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrice’s place. It was the perfect location for catching a show at the Franke Center. Patrice was welcoming and kind and she left many thoughtful touches to enhance our visit. We adored the warm and eclectic decor around the apartment. We highly recommend this rental for a comfortable stay in Marshall!

This is an especially hip loft with great access to downtown. It is spacious and very comfortable. The only consideration is that the main bedroom is open at the top, so if sound bleed is an issue, this may not be your spot. Otherwise this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Naomi was super friendly. The place and surroundings was beautiful and quiet. If back in area would definitely book again. The simple breakfast accommodation was extra nice.

The most friendly hosts! The home is so clean, which is always important to our family. We visited in the Summer and it was nice to walk into a cool air conditioned home at the end of our day. We loved having dedicated parking spaces for 2 cars. There were lots of little extras in the home in case you leave something behind...like soap! The neighborhood is perfection, like a movie. Friendly and kind neighborhood. There is a ~3 mile loop around a stunning lake. Cars drive slowly as there are so many walkers, runners, bikers. Just truly wonderful. There was a coffee pot and a tea kettle, so many teas to choose from! The host not only provided canoes, kayaks and life vests, but she carried the canoe into the water! Honestly, these hosts go way beyond just being helpful. The beds were comfy, the fridge was clean, so many fresh towels. I hate that I have a character limit because I have so much to say. The price for this stay is more than reasonable. I would give more stars if I could

Location was in very nice neighborhood, felt completely safe. Just as pictured/advertised… we were quite impressed. Extremely clean!!! Communication with owner very satisfactory.
