Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.
