Claire has a beautiful home in a great location. The home was spotlessly clean and Claire had added thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket and recommendations for places to eat whilst there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for longer!

we had a fantastic time in Dunwich staying at Mikes place. it's a beautiful house in a lovely quiet location in Dunwich. The house was ample for the five of us and the kitchen became our hub - a lovely space to cook and eat around.

A lovely charming and well presented holiday home, in a great location. Stones Throw is a great name for this ideally located property ensuring you can make the most of the coastal location during your stay in Sheringham. We spent a lovely Christmas here with family and the well equipped kitchen made cooking Christmas lunch easy, it was like home from home! The closeness of the sea enabled us to do lots of paddling whilst enjoying the local area too. The host Anne, was quick to respond to messages and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I hope to return again one day too!

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

A perfectly located home from home on Norfolk’s north coast, easy access to all the key sights on offer and a quick trip back to Norwich if you wanted to take in a visit to the city as part of your stay.

Really lovely place to stay,the house was just as expected,beautiful. WW had everything thst we needed.The parking was great and very secure. The views were great although we had work going very on opposite where they are improving and updating the promenade, which is going to be lovely.The beach was gorgeous to walk along.

This was the fourth time we’ve stayed at this beautiful, iconic house with extended family and it feels like a second home to us which is why we keep coming back. It’s in a prime spot, with stunning sea views especially from the top floor bedrooms, and it’s lovely to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach nearby. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and suits different generations well as one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Southwold is a wonderful destination whatever the weather, but we were particularly lucky this week to have warm sunshine most of the time, meaning we could sit outside on the first floor terrace of the house and enjoy the crazy golf down by the pier. Thanks to Barbara for being a very friendly host as always. We will be back again soon!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

We had a brilliant week. The hosts were responsive and sent clear instructions to check in. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. The kids loved the pool and it was lovely and warm and a great size. The garden is massive and looks out over the sea. You can walk on the beach within 5 mins from the house. Thanks for having us we all really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our visit to Brancaster and were delighted with the house and location. It was perfectly situated and had everything we needed and more. So well equipped with space for us as a family of five, two dogs and granny in tow as well! We had the BEST holiday and will definitely stay here again soon! Really enjoyable stay at Sarah’s place. She was fantastic and great at getting back to me. The lodge had all you would need including a washing machine. It was clean, spacious and the little treats of biscuits and milk on arrival was a great touch. The site was good, with excellent food and entertainment. The only downside was the bathroom/toilet. As it was downstairs, it was right next to the living room, which could be uncomfortable for some. However, we loved the whole place and will be back if in the area! Fear not about booking!

Great house, great location, easy to find, spotlessly clean, everything we needed for a family stay. Carly provided a cot, hight chair and toys which were good quality.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place this past Easter weekend. The house is very comfortable and caters for adults and children alike. Whilst there are two sets of stairs, there are gates so families with small children can rest assured. We had a dog as well and the enclosed garden was a real plus. Every detail was thought through and made the experience very comfortable. Location wise, this place is perfect. A playground across the road, and a two minute walk to access the beach. We did the cliff walk when the tide was in from Overstrand to Cromer and walked the beach back. Had food one night in the local pub (with a playground out back for children) - just a five min walk. Driving wise, we visited Holt and Cley next the sea - about a 30 min drive. All in all this is a very peaceful place, good for families and pets and combines tranquility with convenience to Cromer, the promenade and lots of great restaurants.

This Airbnb was a great find situated on the Quayside in Wells-next-the Sea. The property has great views over the surrounding harbour, channels out to sea and salt marshes from either the living room or bedroom windows or the little sun terrace (very welcome on nice days) at the top of the property. I can honestly say I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen before and there was so much in the way of glasses, crockery, mugs, cutlery and cooking bits n pieces you were never short of anything. There is plenty of room to relax with plenty of chairs, and the dining tables served not only for meals but was also great for me to use my laptop to check emails, etc - supported by high-speed Sky broadband. The TV has a full Sky package which meant we felt straight at home with all of the channels that we are used to! Beds were really comfortable and we had good nights' sleep. Parking is straightforward and is a few steps from the property. Lots of amenities are walkable inc boat trips

This home and host is a little hidden gem of west mersea. The house is impeccably clean and cosy and honestly felt like home from home I slept well all 3 nights which is rare for me when away from home. The home has just about everything you could think of in it making life so much easier all round. Everything went smoothly thanks to Jayne who was very accommodating and helpful from the moment of booking until leaving. Would definitely want to stay again in the future. Thank you Jayne.

8 of us family members got together together to celebrate my special birthday. Orla's house is like a home from home. Her attention to detail is a wonder, you do not want for anything, she has it covered. The instruction booklet covers absolutely everything. We had good weather and spent many hours walking along the stunning beach and sand dunes of the Norfolk Costal path. We will most definitely be returning sometime in the future. A lovely property, ideally situated for the beach, town centre and local amenities. The house was really clean and well stocked with everything we needed for 9 people. The garden was gorgeous to sit out in and enjoy a drink in the evenings. There was plenty of room for everyone. Parking was available on side streets or a municipal car park was nearby. Would highly recommend, and visit again.
