We had a great experience with Sam and the overall stay. I had some last-minute changes to our booking, and Sam was incredibly accommodating and proactive in helping us adjust our plans smoothly—his communication was quick, clear, and friendly throughout. The space is exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s a cozy basement apartment. All the features—from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfy bed and living area—felt very intentional and well-maintained. Many little touches made the stay even better, like clear instructions, fast WiFi, and plenty of towels and toiletries. The location worked well for our trip. This was a nice airbnb condo - it gelt almost like being in a hotel. Beautiful views and beautiful surroundings. There’s even a gym and pool. The host was very polite and helpful.

Sie ist sehr individuell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sowie den schönen Bildern des Künstlerpaares eingerichtet. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. We had a fantastic stay here at Rosalinda’s place. It’s an amazing house, so beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable! It was a great location for us and our kids with easy access to Roncesvalles, the Queen streetcar and a lovely big playground on Sorauren! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Toronto

Good spot for a last minute overnight stay with my dogs! Great location. Overall things were reasonably clean but the whole place could benefit a good deep clean. There was quite a bit of noise periodically late at night (dog running around upstairs) that kept waking up my dogs and I when we were trying to sleep. Overall it’s a good place for the price.

great place. if you like the feeling of an old home with all the feelings and things that come with it, you'll love nigel's place. very cosy, gas fireplace was really nice. one of the best places i ever stayed.

My crew and myself stayed the week in comfort at Mike’s. Lots of room for everyone, beds were clean and comfortable. Close to all amenities and easy to get to.

Anne's place is the perfect spot to stay in Kitchener! My wife and I, with our dog, spent a few months over the winter there and it felt like home. The beds are very comfortable, and it had all of the amenities available you could need for short or long term stay. We also had parking included as well as a private access. Anne is a 5 star host and made sure we had everything we needed during our time. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to spend some time in the Kitchener area.

This place is an absolutely gem. Katie is absolutely amazing and the cottage is cozy, and located in such an amazing spot. Everything was perfect and we will definitely return for a visit!! Do not hesitate to stay here, you will not find a nicer place.

Stephanie has an awesome place! Great communication. Walkable to central Waterdown where there is numerous restaurants and farmer's market. Central to cover Niagara Falls, downtown Toronto, and many of the great local pick your own farms.

Gerry and Rosemary are great hosts and wonderful people. They helped me get settled and were very accomodating. I camped on their property and the stay was wonderful with lots of wildlife, especially birdsong and the site was tranquil and peaceful. They are respectful of privacy but also very kind. I felt safe, content and happy staying with them.

An absolutely beautiful property with lots of space, activities, and ways to relax. A perfect spot to camp in luxury, complete with hot showers, hammocks, firepits and a heated pool. Gerry was very welcoming and showed us around the property to help us find the perfect spot to pitch camp. Will definitely be back again!

This was our second time renting as we play an annual softball tournament and we were blown away by the service and attention to detail. Noticeable upgrades from the previous year including all necessary equipment in the kitchen, many supplies available and so many added personal touches. They took care in stocking the fridge with drinks and there were snacks around to munch on which was great. Plenty of coffee and extras. Pool was nice and clean, not too cold and parking for everyone. We hope to keep coming back every year.

The place was very nice, quite & peaceful area, walking trail on the property, surrounded by nature. It was very enjoyable for the time that was spent there. Very nice hosts. Would definitely rent again.

This place was absolutely amazing. It had everything you could possibly need and want. We enjoyed everything- the qames, pool table and darts. We wish we hadn't planned so much so we could make better use of everything. Thomas was very responsive and went out of his way to help when there was something we couldn't figure out. We loved being there and will definitely look to return if we return to Toronto
