Such a beautiful apartment in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the main square. The apartment was very easy to find and for a loft it was only up two flights of stairs. It was more spacious than it looked in the photos and 5 of us stayed here comfortably - having two showers was a real bonus. Alin was an excellent host and responded quickly to the couple of questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again 😊

I spent 4 weeks at Daniel's and I enjoyed my entire stay. The place is quite nice and cozy and I felt quite at home. There's plenty of stores around, so you don't have go to far to buy groceries. It is also quite close to the city center, only a 10-15 minutes walk. Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive, especially when there were some issues with the cooking stove and when , on a late evening, the entire street was out of power and there was no away for me to get into the apartment building (he managed to contact one of the neighbours that came down the stairs and opened the building door for me). When I'll come back to Brasov, I'll definitely consider Daniel's place again.

Apartament spațios și foarte curat. Am găsit în el tot ce am avut nevoie. Ne-a plăcut check-in - ul independent mai ales că am venit la ora 2 noaptea. Am avut loc de parcare asigurat. Am mers pe jos la Coresi Mall. Recomandam cu încredere tuturor!

Great apartment in a great location with a gorgeous kitchen and main bedroom.

Great place for a family stay. Plenty of space, super quiet and very comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need and everything was in top condition. The host's parents live next door and we're super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the old town was a comfortable walk away. There is also a smaller town square with restaurants, a cafe and groceries just down the road. Great view from the rooftop terrace (thank you Elena for showing the kids up there, they had a great time making snowmen!). Highly recommended - worlds best according to my 7y/o daughter!

Уютный дом в старом городе, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Черной церкви и у подножья горы Тымпа. Отличное расположение, комфортная атмосфера и очень отзывчивый хозяин. Идеальный выбор для прогулок и изучения города.

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

Ενα πολύ όμορφο, ζεστό και καθαρό σπίτι με τρία υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, οργανωμένη κουζίνα και μια όμορφη αυλή. Ο Ιονούτ μας υποδέχθηκε στην άφιξή μας και μας ξενάγησε στο χώρο. Είναι πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και μας άρεσε η φιλική του προσέγγιση. Έχει λίγο χωματόδρομο αλλά δεν είναι και τόσο κακό. Ευχαριστούμε για την Φιλοξενία Ιονούτ. Σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφθούμε πάλι.

beautiful apartment in a private location with plenty of space including 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. The location is awesome and easy to find parking if need be. The amenities were priceless to make our Brasov trip memorable.

We spent a week in this wonderful place, and it greatly exceeded our expectations. Alex is a very hospitable, chill, and accommodating host, not to mention he has excellent taste in furnishing and decorating. What made our stay even more memorable was the breathtaking view to the mountanins this place offers. If you choose to stay here, you’ll find everything you need for your trip and more, as the amenities are bountiful. The place was spotless, in a very quiet area, and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

最高でした！ 何より質問や要望に対して積極的で肯定的に返事をすぐにくれ、初めての地で非常に安心で穏やかな滞在をすることができました。 完全なプライベート空間のために内外の騒音など気にする必要はなく、洗濯洗剤付きの地下室の洗濯機・回転式乾燥機は、いつでも何度でも使用することができるなど、完璧な一軒家でした。 バス停などへの近道も事前連絡で教えてくれましたが、ブラショフではBoltで移動する方が経済性と効率性を高次元でバランス出来るので良いと思いました。 私が滞在した日はちょうどイースターと重なっていたため、営業しているところがほとんど無かったのでしたが、周辺にはスーパーマーケット・コンビニエンスストア・飲食店も多く便利な立地でした。 もし再訪する機会があれば、間違いなくここを選びます！ありがとうございました！！

A great place if you look for an authentic experience in Brasov. A cozy apartment in the mountains, quiet area, beautiful lights in the yard. That’s what I was looking for. Andrei was responsive and attentive, helped me with all the questions I had.

Excellent location, the keypad to the front of the building is pretty worn but we were able to figure it out easy enough. Apartment was nice and spacious. Quiet as well

Great studio close to the Slopes in Poiana Brașov! We've really enjoyed staying at Andrei's place and would come back anytime. The place was very clean and the fact that there's a washer-dryer was a life saver, especially after a full day of snowboarding! The only small inconvenience was the fact that the parking is not allocated, as it's on street parking, and if you arrive late it might take a few minutes to find a space. However, there's quite a few zones highlighted in the instructions, which ensures you will find a space, even if you might need to spend some time to find it.

Carmen is a wonderful host, she made are stay in Braşov excellent. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was beautiful and inviting!

O locuință excelentă mobilată și dotată cu mult gust, moderna și perfect de curată. Ornamentele de Crăciun au fost un plus pentru gazda care ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă de sărbători. A fost tot ce ne-am am dorit. O cazare la cele mai înalte standarde. Bravo!
