This place is highly recommended! Especially for big group of family. Essentials were provided accordingly. The host and co host were very kind and helpful with our queries. Everything was spotless! Mabango and very clean when we arrived. Plus it’s IG worthy! Will book this again if ever we will visit, Davao! Kudos to Ms. Leah and John Lloyd! ❤️

Thank you! The clinic was 15min away & the condo had everything we needed. It could also accommodate 6 of us comfortably. Wifi was great for WFH even when we were sharing.

Our family of 5 people stayed here 2 nights, and it was great! We had everything we needed, the AC and Wi-Fi worked great, and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to find and Florenda was always easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here if we are in Davao City again!

The accommodation was spotless and well-equipped for our stay. I especially appreciated the hot shower 😁. It's conveniently located near the market and convenience stores, with easy access to transportation. I'm grateful the host allowed us a few extra hours due to our flight schedule. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again.

We had such an amazing stay at Tiny Alfred! The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It was so peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing and recharging. My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed every moment there and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and serene stay!

We absolutely loved the place! The internet connection was great, the host was very responsive, and the location was easy to find and close to several resorts, too. It’s the best spot if you’re planning to hop around different resorts but want to leave your things somewhere safe. Big plus: when we asked for drinking water, they provided a whole gallon just for us. Super appreciated! Another bonus was the plenty of bed foams available. There were only three of us, but we loved that we had the freedom to move around and sleep wherever we wanted. The place felt so cozy and homey. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is quiet, well-designed, and has great lighting - especially the LED lights behind the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A few things to keep in mind: Netflix access only worked once, despite being advertised. Some towels were a bit worn, and there were food leftovers from previous guests, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the living room AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the whole space, especially at night. Also, when I arrived late at night, there was no drinking water available, which made things difficult after a long trip (even a small drinking water bottle could be helpful). These small issues aside, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, it could be excellent.
