We celebrated a family birthday in this lovely beach home. It has a fantastic location - just steps from the beach, with great views of the ocean from the decks and front windows. Hosts provided all necessary amenities including bed linens, and bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Terry and Katherine communicated well and were prompt to respond. We felt safe in this community and would definitely stay here in the future.

Great house and location and terrific communciation from the get go. Everything as expected and Cheyenne was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Will stay here again!

Me and my family took a trip to surfside beach first time out there we went for my birthday weekend and let me just say it was perfect other then water pressure in the master bedroom everything was amazing even tho it rained for two days when we where out there we took some board games and enjoyed playing them in the dining area and the smart tv in the living room where we could watch movies together as a family downstairs which I appreciate a lot especially most place who have tvs in the rooms everyone ends up doing there own thing but this way we all sat together even sat on the balcony and listen to waves crash. Over all me and my family had a blast and would definitely recommend anyone else to stay there Charles amazing host and definitely made us feel at home along with quick response and helped with getting inside as well which I can see why it was tricky at first but over all easy and a really nice place.

Cullen's place was perfect. My wife and her friends loved the home and communication with Cullen. House is in a great location by the beach. Recommend this rental highly. Would definitely rent it again.

The condo was homey and located on the bay side. We brought a golf cart so it was easy to travel to the beach club to eat and enjoy the pool. The beds were comfy and the towels were thick and absorbent. The home had many items that you don’t think of when packing, but end up needing (pens, scissors, spices, board games, aluminum foil, etc). Parking was easy and everyone had a great time.

Kat is a great host. She was quick to respond to messages prior to the booking and sent multiple helpful messages during our stay. The pictures capture the home/property. The porch overlooking the gulf was great as us and the dogs enjoyed people watching. I will definitely be checking availability the next time we are looking to stay at the guf.

Had a great stay, and was surprised with a generous gift basket of snacks including toys and treats for our pups. Was a few minutes walking distance from the beach, local markets, and some local bars. A/C was cold in the summer heat, large fridge for all of our food items, and fully stocked kitchen with coffee and cooking appliances. LOVED our stay.

We had a great time staying at Island Fancy. The backyard was perfect for our dogs. The pictures give an accurate glimpse of the home and yard. The house was very comfy and welcoming. The porch was truly amazing. The weather was not the best when we stayed. It was really windy, which made it very cold and uncomfortable. We did brave the beach some and endure the chilly wind. The backyard and porch were pretty sheltered from the wind making it easier to enjoy being outside. You can also enjoy the ocean views from inside the house. The windows make it seem like you are outside. The host, Jennifer, was very responsive to us before and during our stay. We will definitely stay at Island Fancy again.

Amazing stay! Communicative host. The apartment was pristine with lots of homey touches. We wanted for nothing and loved the peaceful surroundings. Amenities were fantastic and easy to get to. Will be back!

The house was welcoming and clean. Michelle is very responsive to questions and any concerns. While we stayed for a full month she kept us supplied with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The TVs in all the bedrooms and main room allowed guests to curate their own entertainment. The two porches provide ample room to experience morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Those we met in the community were warm and welcoming. We were only minutes away from an amazing beach. There are beach chairs and toys available to enhance the experience. Plus there is a community pool that while not heated was very enjoyable. You'll love this location and the amenities!

Had a great time the place was magnificent. I met one of the neighbors. Oh my goodness he was so nice and informative and I will stay there again.

We had a great time! Suzie was very responsive to our questions leading up to and during our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we might need. Our kids loved the bunk room! We hope to stay here again in warmer months so we can really take advantage of all of the property’s amenities.

Vira was such a great host. She was very responsive with any questions that I had. The ice machine in the refrigerator did have some white powder substance coming out, so we decided to just nto use the ice. Otherwise, the home was very nice and comfortable. The proximity to the heated pool was excellent. Vira allowed us to get in early at 12pm, which was great so our 1 year old could take a nap. Check in and out instructions were very easy to follow. Weather was slightly chilly for spring break, so the ocean was pretty cold. So staying by the heated pool was so nice. Would definitely recommend staying at Vira's place!

We’ve been to Pointe West for 4 years now, this was our first time staying on the Gulf side. The location of the condo was perfect, super easy access to the beach. We visited after Hurricane Beryl so some things weren’t ideal (mosquitoes, porch damage but totally out of their control) but would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, right on the beach. Home had the perfect layout for multiple guests - 6 bedrooms/6 baths - and entertaining. Would definitely rent again! Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay! We got married on the beach and having the beach house so close made things so awesome and convenient. We highly recommend to stay here anytime you come to Surfside. Only issue we had was the lights for the outdoor area shorted out the day of our reception so we weren’t able to have the benefit of that when it got dark but still was a wonderful time!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Neptune's Nest! The host was very responsive for anything that we needed. We enjoyed the beach, playing in the ocean, grilling out, and the views from the outdoor balconies. It was a great space for our group!

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience with Brandi and her lovely home! We had all check in instructions before arrival, the house was beautiful and spacious, and checkout was quick and easy. The beachfront location is unparalleled with beautiful dunes and beach access. There are several nearby restaurants and activities! We shall definitely be back!

My stay at Bret’s place in Surfside Beach was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, and exactly as described. I really enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the hot tub area and balconies for added relaxation! The location was perfect for exploring Surfside Beach and nearby local restaurants and a very short drive to Lake Jackson. Bret was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful, making my trip truly enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again!

Melissa’s place had everything we needed. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean or relax in the cozy living room and watch a movie. We enjoyed walking down the beach and ate at The Seahorse Grill several times. I recommend their queso and coconut shrimp.

We had an amazing stay! The place has the perfect view of the beach it was absolutely breathtaking to wake up to every morning. It had everything we needed, from plates and towels to a great grill for cooking out and bon fire. The space was super clean and very spacious, which made it even more relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
