Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Its a short 5 minute walk to beach walkway. Near by restaurant, convenient stores an adult beverage walking distance. Wrap around porch and view of beach from front porch. Lounging chairs around the porch with outdoor pillows. Outdoor activities provided BBQ pit with sitting. Bedroom one has Queen bed and bedroom 2 has a daybed and twin bed. Also there is a sleeper full size sofa. Linens and towels provided with some hygiene items.
