The Cottage at Benedict Farms

The Cottage at Benedict Farms is a quaint farmhouse (circa 1902) located near Crawford, just minutes outside of Waco. The Cottage is located on our family farm. We invite you to come and experience farm life hospitality. Relax by the fire pit, collect eggs, or watch and enjoy the animals (cattle, sheep, donkey, pigs, chickens and mini horses). Perfect for families and small groups! We are just down the road a bit from Magnolia Farms. Downtown Waco, the Silos & Baylor are only 22 minutes away.

Canyon Lake Cliffside Waterfront Cottage

ONE OF THE MOST UNIQUE PROPERTIES IN CENTRAL TEXAS! Nestled privately on a cliff overlooking Canyon Lake, you will be surrounded by wildlife, panoramic views, and your own private spring fed grotto. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screen porch, hike down to the lake on the nature trail used by deer and fox, and watch a spectacular Texas sunset with a view that spans from the dam to the Twin Sister peaks. We are located less than 4 miles from the Horseshoe and Whitewater Amphitheater.

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

With a queen bed and a full bed, our cottage is ideal for couples, families, or a group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. Experience the beginning of hill country atop the Mesa Grande. Break from City Life Grab a drink and relax on the Knoll's patio that overlooks the Brazos River valley or lounge in a hammock nestled under live oaks. Adventure Gear up and hit the river. We have two kayaks available to explore the Brazos or just dive in. Lake Whitney is just 5 minutes away to swim, boat, or ski. Make Memories Grab some marshmallows and share stories around the fire pit or snooze in our organic linens.

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Retreat to the large deck and gaze at the stars, or grab a blanket and enjoy s’mores by the fire.

This spacious suite includes leather couch and chairs. The accents that will feel like your “home away from home!" Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.
