Time & Tide is well located and very well equipped. We were travelling with our 8 month old and having a high chair in the flat was essential. The kitchen also had everything we needed. It is very quick to walk into town to get a coffee or have a drink, and there are lots of lovely villages a short drive away. Being able to see the sea from your bed is pretty special.

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

We stayed at Sarah’s place for 6 nights and had an amazing time. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, the home is walking distance from “downtown” and less than 200M from a beautiful Sainsburys grocery store. The gardens were very peaceful and tranquil, an absolute joy to look out at. We were initially booked in the basement suite but the garden studio was available on arrival and Sarah gave us the option to change, which we did. She was very gracious and welcoming, provided sundries in the fridge, croissants, granola and other basic groceries for us on arrival. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Thank you for a great stay! Checkin/out, cleanliness of the studio, storage, duvet all really great and great to have a tv too (didn’t expect that in a student residence!). Towels could be a bit bigger/thicker, cutlery needs replacing and the pillows are very thin. Lots of other useful items like bottle opener, cheese grater, tea towels etc. I grabbed some earplugs & a pillow and slept much better (I’m a light sleeper tbf!) - just remember it is student accommodation. You’ll need your own shampoo, soap, spare toilet rolls etc. Communication was fantastic, can’t beat the location at all & I think the price was v reasonable, especially for an 8 day stay and for a studio setup. I’ll be back!

Had a great stay at this apartment in Cambridge. The location is perfect - new building close to the station. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was super responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless. everything was exceptionally clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. The linens and towels were fresh, the kitchen and bathroom were immaculate, and the entire space was clearly well cared for. The host, Von, was very responsive and helpful. even with small doubts or concerns. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommend

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

Thank you Debbie and Ian for providing such a brilliant place to stay! We had everything we could need including welcoming touches such as milk, juice, biscuits, tea, coffee and fresh flowers. Felt very private, even though attached to the house, with our own garden space and parking. Would thoroughly recommend and book again if we are in the area.

Lyndale House was a very good base for going into Norwich and accessing the coast. It was well set up for a large group of mixed ages, (there were 9 of us - 6 adults and 3 children 5 and under. There was plenty of space in the living room for everyone to be together, and to eat in the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen was well equipped.

We had a lovely stay and Victoria was always available to respond quickly to any issues we had. Would recommend

Stayed at H’s warm & cozy cottage with my son (12), Mum, partner and Cockapoo in April 2025. This place really is a true hidden gem and a proper home from home. The grounds are absolutely stunning and a real credit to the owners. I loved walking round the gardens in the morning with the dog. Very flexible, friendly and responsive hosts! Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay with family and/or friends. It is also situated in an excellent location for Thetford Forest / High Lodge, Ely, Cambridge etc. My son loved being able to use the tennis courts, we also made use of the board games and the cottage is welcoming for your furry friends so I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back in the future and I’m sure the swimming pool will be a very popular with future guests!! Thank you for an excellent first experience of Air BnB accommodation - I was impressed!!!

From start to finish this place and our hosts were perfect. The house was amazing! Clean and tidy, and just genuinely one of the most spacious and lovely places I’ve stayed in. We absolutely loved our time here, Mark thought of everything from complimentary bits like the most amazing pork pie we’ve ever had, to spares including toothpaste and toiletries we’ve all forgotten before. The garden was amazing with the fire pit getting a lot of use from us, we spent so much time in a peaceful environment and wished we booked longer. The beds were so comfortable and the facilities were great. Huge kitchen and two lovely snugs with tvs and a pool table in one. The gym was great(although I didn’t use it as much as i thought I would)! We genuinely couldn’t find fault in anything (not that we aimed to find any)! Mark was so responsive and helpful. He even organised a banner to congratulate myself and my partner on our first pregnancy which was so thoughtful. We will be coming back! 🤌🏼
