Blue Marlin Shepherds Hut Saham Toney Norfolk

At Wispy Meadows Luxury Holidays we currently have five shepherds huts and one lodge situated around the lake. We are an adult only site and welcome guests aged eighteen and over. Our huts will sleep two adults. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful location you will be able to get away from it all and relax. There is a private under cover hot tub (additional charge) which you may wish to bring extra towels if you wish to use. Free fishing on site please bring your own equipment and bait.

Within walking distance of Stiffkey's salt marshes/coastal path, Stiffkey Stores & the popular Red Lion pub.

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Peacock is a well appointed Shepherd Hut hidden away in the quiet woodlands of historic Ketteringham Hall. A great location for exploring the delights of Norfolk! There is a secluded outside area surrounded by trees complete with a picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'back to nature' evenings. There are 38 acres of grounds plus a large lake so lots to explore.

The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.
