Lovely place to stay was just unsure on the central heating but we switched it to auto and it came on at 6am didn’t really no how to use it shop nearby for all ur essential bits will definitely stay again thanks Carrie x

Just what we needed for a fantastic week in the Peaks, near to so many lovely walks as well as being warm, very clean and well equipped. Extremely good communication from the host before our arrival - including lots of information about the area. Really appreciated all the touches provided to make our stay a home from home, including fresh ground coffee and shower gel. Thank you so much!

This was our second time staying at this lovely Airbnb and once again we had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The place is spotless and is within walking distance of the beautiful town of Buxton. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the local area!

We had a great stay at Lavender cottage! It's in a lovely quiet location but only a short walk to shops and pubs. The cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay! Thanks Ruth.

We had the best stay here, the lodge was beautiful and had even better views. We loved every morning looking out at the views through the window above the bed. It had everything we needed and the guide was very helpful for local pubs and taxi information. Loved the selection of DVDs as well. We will be back!

Me and my partner spent the weekend here and it was the most peaceful and beautiful place. Lodge was spotless when we arrived and the hottub was all ready for us. During the day there is a few hikers going past the lodge so that is something to take into consideration when booking but we didn't mind this. Only thing we had to point out was there was no milk when we arrived which we assumed would be in the fridge because there was everything else there to make a cup of coffee/tea. Overall it was a lovely and peaceful experience and we would recommend this lodge to anyone.

What a wonderful cottage! From the delicious welcome treats to the luxurious bedding, everything about Mere View screams comfort. Immaculately presented, we were able to settle right in within moments. There’s everything you need for a relaxing break from coffee pods to beautifully scented hand washes and diffusers. It’s not every day you book another break away the same year while still staying in a holiday home but that’s exactly what we did plus I’m planning a solo break in between. This is our new home from home. Thank you Christine and Sam, for opening up your lovely cottage. See you at Christmas (if not before…).🤍

We had such a perfect stay at Little Lilac Cottage! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed, and Abi was so kind and helpful throughout. The location was incredible (right in the centre of the village) and it was great to have a driveway due to how popular the area is with visitors, making the local roads quite challenging to park on. Such a perfect base to explore the Peak District from and definitely somewhere we would stay again and recommend to anyone! Thank you Abi!
