Perfect location! 4 minute walk from the beach! Lots of fun bars--I really enjoyed the Clevelander. There is some noise from construction. Friendly staff on the premises. Fridge, microwave, stove, and even paper towels, plates, bowls, silverware, and a few cooking utensils. Really great stay! Really excellent! I just got back home and already wish I was back there! A very comfortable and convenient place to stay during my beach vacation! It’s a less than 10-minute walk to the beach. Plus, plenty of restaurant and bar options.

Our party of four had a great experience in this MVR condo. The condo was clean, great location and MVR was very helpful. The place is well appointed with kitchen essentials and we loved the view. The pool was lovely and easy to access. You can walk or take a short cab ride to many great local sights. I will re-book when I return to Miami again in the future.

Our stay was WONDERFUL! It was very peaceful and relaxing. We hung out at the pool most days and enjoyed the sunshine as the weather was near perfect every day. Our days started with coffee by the pool and catching up with our friends, and what's been going on in each of our lives since our last trip together. Our simple pleasure of watching the weathervane change directions each day sums up our trip (it is quite unique!). Alex and Sue were very responsive to any of our questions. We have kindred liking of Chicago style hot dogs, and Alex made a recommendation of a hot dog joint within a mile of their location. It was a nice stop for us before checking in. There are ample restaurants and grocery stores well within a mile of the property; very convenient. The beach and Las Olas Blvd are a must, and they too are within a mile. We highly recommend this location as it met all of our expectations!

We had a wonderful family stay in Miami, and this beautiful Airbnb played a big part in it. The property is impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail and a clear sense of care from the owner. The host was exceptionally responsive—above and beyond what we expected. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, with a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by car. It’s also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to downtown and the beach. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this house was perfect and the house met completely the description : “ Luxurious and close to beach Little Palace”. House is large, comfortable and has all the amenities to spend a lovely vacation in it. Kenneth was always available and responded instantly to any requirement we had. The only problem we had was that upon arrival we could not access the house with the given code. We called Kenneth and in seconds the issue was solved. We strongly recommend this house, pretty comfortable for 8 people.

Tous s'est très bien passé, Viki est très réactive! Ayant eu un problème de wi-fi, elle a réglé mon problème dans les 5min. Du a une très forte pluie, le mur de la fenêtre a été endommagée légèrement mais elle a mis quelqu'un sur le problème en rien de temps. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, merci Viki!

I just finished my second stay at this beautiful apartment in Miami, and once again, it was an absolute delight! Renting from the same host for the second time felt like coming back to a familiar, welcoming home. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated to enjoy all that Miami has to offer, from nightlife to stunning beaches.The apartment was, as always, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a bright, airy feel that instantly puts you at ease. We did encounter a minor hiccup with the door lock this time, but the host was fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful in sorting it out, making the whole experience stress-free.Everything about this stay was wonderful.We’re already looking forward to our next visit—this place has become our go-to spot in Miami. This place is beautiful, clean, and amazing! Located on the 20th floor with an gorgeous view of an immaculate pool on the 15th floor. It's definitely high class all the way. Rod gives very detailed instructions for check in and parking. Parking is across the street but very easy to access with a short walk. Rod is very quick to respond to any need and is patient with his communication. Definitely the nicest place we have ever stayed and we'll worth the money. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Irene’s son, Richard was very helpful with getting us checked in. He happened to be at the building on the day of our check in and took time to show us around the building as well as provide a run down of the surrounding area. Richard was very responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating even going as far as to provide a flexible check out time due to our evening flight. Beach chairs were available in the closet as well as plenty of clean towels which were very useful during our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Irene and Richard’s condo; you can’t beat it!
