Renta de departamentos vacacionales con servicios incluidos en Brickell, Miami

One of the two rooms we booked wasn't ready upon check-in. This isn't the AirBNB manager's fault, but it is the responsibility of the hotel to have the room ready no later than 4pm. If a hotel can demand for the guest to be out by 11am, then the incoming guests should demand, and expect, that the room is clean and ready no later than 4pm.

Exactly as described and as pictured. The building is located in a quieter part of Brickell and within walking distance of all you could need in terms of shops and restaurants, Brickell Key, etc. The accommodations were immaculately clean. As noted by some, its a bit dated but not any worse for wear and tear as many hotels (in fact, I'd say its wearing better!). My only two cents is additional towels as I found myself rationing the towels and washcloths, a small table in the large bathroom would be helpful to accommodate a toiletry bag, and new pillows. The current ones are super spongy and perhaps that is a matter of personal taste. The mattress is in need of replacement and maybe has the run of this year left in it. I will definitely stay here again. Christian is a very proactive host and the accommodations were fine, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Stayed 3 nights with my family. Really nice apartment, great location, and good deal. Nice that beach chairs and valet parking were included in the price. Apartment was in great condition. The king size bed was great and the second bed in the living room was comfortable. Kitchen was well kitted out which is importantly as I like to cook a lot. Knives were sharp which isn’t always the case but is important. There is a Publix two blocks away which was great. Pool on the first floor was nice and warm, and the jacuzzi and pool on the 5th floor was also great especially when the weather was a bit cloudy and windy.

Sandra is an absolutely amazing host. extremely receptive, responsive, and flexible. she answered texts usually within just a few minutes and satisfied.every possible request. The property was AMAZING. Super clean, modern finishes, close to everything downtown, and beautifully appointed. There are multiple restaurants with varying cultural themes within walking distance as is the metro rail. In mere minutes, you can be on a high speed rail car headed for Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando. We will definitely be staying with Sandra again!!!!

El alojamiento es fantástico, incluso mejor que en las fotos, tiene todos los servicios para estar cómodos y como en casa Entorno tranquilo y playa muy cerca Stephan es un anfitrión excelente, nos ayudó en todos los aspectos solicitados Simplemente gracias y seguro volveremos a este alojamiento

Para mi el lugar de alojamiento es el 70% del viaje, o sea, no soy de los que dicen que para dormir no hace falta mucho confort ni lujo. Este apartamento (3 personas) me hizo el viaje perfecto, espero tener suerte y volver a encontrar esta unidad disponible para mi futuros viajes a Miami, volvería a rentarla sin ninguna duda A destacar que tiene (1) un espacio de estacionamiento para autos, pero por $30 el dia y con servicio ilimitado el edificio tiene un excelente servicio de Valet

Nos hemos sentido como en casa en el apartamento. Ubicación inmejorable, todo muy limpio. Freddy nos ayudó y respondió a nuestras dudas al instante. Si volviésemos a Miami repetiría sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo 100%. Gracias Freddy !!!!.

Douglas is great. Super responsive and helpful in explaining all questions while staying at his condo. Cannot beat staying at Four Seasons in Brickell.

Great experience staying here. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of ocean and Brickell area. Many amenities it feels like staying in a hotel for a great price! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Right next to metro mover station so easy to get around Miami. 10/10 !!
