Walking/running/cycling/trails/hills/scenery/fishing/lochs and rivers/castles/road biking/mountain biking/ just relaxing!/amazing food and drink! Auchriachan Farm sits just outside the Village of Tomintoul the Highest village in the Highlands, a family working farm. We glamped ourselves & decided this would be an ideal situation to set up our own Pods to give others the experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Being in the Glenlivet Estate & also in the Cairngorm National Park there is lots to offer, walking, cycling, bird watching, skiing, also for STARGAZING & of course our National Scottish Drink "WHISKY" lots of Distilleries to Visit.

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. This self-contained house is bright and welcoming, has an open plan living area, log burning fire, garden space and free Wifi. Hill walk, wild-swim or mountain bike straight from the door. We offer a bike wash station and secure lock up for your bikes. Play golf or visit our local distilleries. Discover Royal Deeside's rich history. What ever you plan for your break, come back and relax at 2 1/2.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. Welcome to our lodge in Royal Deeside. It’s a quiet, private spot where we’re lucky to be surrounded by nature and vast, open views of the mountains. The lodge is a lovely place to slow down—whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, curling up by the wood-burning stove, or enjoying the hills. We're just a short drive from castles, waterfalls, and great trails. I offer massages at my home (Wed, Thu, Sat 8–10am); please pre-book if you'd like a session. Hope to see you soon!
