Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

In the beautiful quiet west wight ,AONB, village of Brighstone is at bottom of downs, close to beaches, furnished to a high standard with Free WiFi 40+mb, cleaned by us, unfortunately we are allergic to fur and feather so no pets. Our only property is detached with own shaded drive with garden, secluded by hedges, secure bike rack. Pub and shops in village easy walking distance.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

It's tranquil settling makes it the perfect place to relax, enjoy the garden, go fossil hunting at Brighstone Beach or walk the downs following in the footsteps of Tennyson (both 10 mins walk from the cottage). Situated on the South of the island in a designated area of natural beauty the village of Brighstone boasts a pub, tea shop, and a well stocked village shop.
