This private apartment is on a homestead with 5 beautiful acres, secluded from the busyness of the city, while only being about a half hour from downtown Cincinnati, 12 minutes from the Creation Museum, 45 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 10 minutes from Amazon, and 15 minutes from CVG Airport. The apartment shares a wall with our house, but is completely separate with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. However, you may occasionally hear our children.

Our large 2nd floor apartment accommodates 7-8 guest with 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed located in the study, Kitchen is equipped with all appliances and plates and silverware etc. 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer. Our charming apartment is located in the Entertainment District that offers several small retail shops, a coffee shop, axe throwing, escape room, great bars, kayaking and LaRosa’s pizzeria.
