There is plenty of indoor and outside space to enjoy with on street parking. Dogs are welcome and there are some great coastal walks. There is a ferry to East Mersea and Point Clear. Plenty to do and more a short car trip away. Suitable for 4 adults and 2 children in bunk beds.

Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

Its thick brick walls and quiet and pretty disposition, defy its former role as a working yard where timber yachts were crafted and repaired, drawn up inside at high tide.
