We are about a 20 mins walk from Brighton or Hove and are easily positioned for easy access to Brighton, Hove or Preston Park railway stations, we’re on the excellent No 27, bus service. Walk 10 minutes down the road to the Seven Dials, there are Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Hog Roast and French restaurants.

Come and stay at our garden lodge, fully self contained, arranged over 2 rooms, with separate shower room. Sleeps up to 4, twin beds in bedroom, additional sleeping in lounge on sofa bed and chair bed. Kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. TV and free Wi-Fi. Situated at the end of our garden, the lodge has a decking area. Access is next to our house. On a quiet road with free parking. Buses to Brighton run frequently from the end of the road.

The Nook a welcoming 1 bedroom ensuite guest unit with free onsite parking

The Nook is a bright & well equipped double ensuite guest unit, with a separate private entry and off road parking for 1 car. The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

Beautiful, modern, self-contained annexe with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to central Brighton but relax in peaceful Saltdean if it all gets a bit hectic. Our annexe is located within walking distance to all Saltdean’s attractions including the beach, Lido, South Downs and Saltdean Oval and 1 minute from the bus that will take you into Brighton. We also enjoy easy access by bus to Eastbourne or popular beauty spots including Cuckmere Haven.

Luxury Park Residence with Sea Views

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please give us the heads up to know if you need the sofa bed (there is a charge of 25.00 to cover our extra laundry costs). We welcome all couples of every gender type and combination. Located in the friendly Seven dials neighbourhood of Brighton with great cafe's, pubs, bakeries, shops. Check in is 2.30 pm. If you are driving please check info as we have parking restrictions 9am -8pm. No free on street parking even on Sundays in this area
