Location - perfect with a lot choices for local food, markets and with a bus stop so close - super fast connection to city centre. Place - so cosy, clean and just a happy place to be at. Host - great communication, thoughtful and feels like they're there should you need anything, but never really needing them as everything is already in place before you ask. In short - definitely worth it and absolutely recommend. Thanks Mary!!!

One of our favourite Airbnbs to date, a true home away from home! Jack and Christie were amazing hosts. Very warm and thoughtful, easy to communicate with, and their beautiful home had everything one might need and more for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Too many highlights to list– excellent location, private parking, the peaceful garden and cabin (office/cinema room), fully equipped kitchen, the sweetest cats whom we were quite sad to say goodbye to after a 2 month stay… Highly recommend, and would love to book again!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Years as our sons had recently moved to Bristol. Graham and Matilde's home was absolutely perfect - warm and cozy fireplaces, fabulous and spacious kitchen for cooking and dining together, big and comfortable bedrooms, and a sitting room where we were able to enjoy the fire and play board games and watch tv. Their home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. The area is also quiet but very close to shopping and restaurants. For certain, one of the most comfortable and welcoming holiday homes that we have ever stayed in. And as icing on the cake, Graham and Matilde are lovely, generous people. They left lots of goodies for us to enjoy, including sourdough bread, jams, milk, homemade ice cream, and things for Christmas, like chocolates, wine, Christmas crackers and a present! We had an amazing time! We hope to return in the summer to more fully enjoy their beautiful garden. Highly, highly recommended!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Oliver’s place. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication was seamless—Oliver was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process effortless. The property itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better). Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the well-stocked amenities, showed how much care and thought had been put into creating a comfortable and welcoming space. The location was perfec and what truly stood out was Oliver’s hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, even offering welcome snacks and a flexible checkout time! It made my stay all the more memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and recommending it to friends and family. If you’re considering staying here, don’t think twice—it’s a gem!

Ashley was a great host with a brilliant property! It was very clean and tidy and looked exactly like the photos! We spent 3 nights here while in town for a concert! It’s roughly a 20 minute uber from bristol city centre which was on average £25 in an XL! There was 6 of us and this suited us perfectly as we valued time over money! You can get local transport for cheaper but does take longer! The hot tub was extremely well looked after and easy to use! It was also the perfect touch to our rainy weekend as it was perfectly warmed and under a cover! Theres a few board games and what not there too which is a lovely touch! The rooms were comfortable and clean and everyone slept perfectly for the 3 nights we spent there! Theres a nice amount of social space and the bedrooms are a good size! Arrival and departure were simple and ashley was very responsive during our stay if we had any questions! 100% will look to stay again on our next visit to bristol!

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. Andreas home is not only spotless and beautifully maintained, but it also has a warmth that felt like a home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the furnishings to the fresh white beds and great kitchen amenities. The garden was a highlight – that we enjoyed from morning to evening (the weather helped!) It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into both the interior and the outdoor space, and it made such a difference in our stay. The location is great, it’s only a 10 minute uber in to Bristol centre (costing £12-14) This place was the perfect – quiet, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend.

Ruth was very accommodating to us at a very short notice, we messaged her on the Sunday evening to move in for a week on the Monday which was due to another property falling through, her house is beautiful, very clean and tidy and was in a great location for me to still get to work. Would highly recommend

Had such a great stay at Carole's place. She was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, who even gave us a whistle-stop tour of the surrounding area and dropped us off at a lovely pub. The property was cozy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed playing the board games provided and really appreciated the beautiful fresh flowers provided. Thanks so much

Cosy, characterful place to stay with super and welcoming host hospitality in an ideal location for us to enjoy adventuring out for some lovely walks and close to all the amenities of Chepstow. Highly recommended!

Jane was an excellent host and responded to my enquiries before booking and whilst we were there. The apartment is bright and airy with a perfect balcony where you can watch the sun go down whilst listening to the birds. The spa on site is great, outdoor pool is a little fresh! You need to book a slot in advance in busy periods but Jane will send you all the details you need. We had a really relaxing stay and would stay again.

Peaceful location and clean, cosy accommodation. Ideal for our purpose which was researching properties in Chepstow. There is no kitchen so be prepared to travel to eat and the location is off the beaten track so use the what3words reference for accurate sat nav especially in the dark.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in the flat. It was so relaxing and easy going and there was so much to keep two boys and two dogs occupied when we weren’t out walking. There’s a really nice walk down to the river from the house and it’s a short distance from many other hiking sites. The kids loved the trampoline, skate park, and tree net and our city dogs enjoyed meeting all the farm animals and resident dogs. We felt so much at home there and no one was ready to leave!

This is a lovely place to stay with beautiful views from the outside terrace. This accommodation had everything we needed and was very convenient for visiting local attractions such as Wells and Cheddar Gorge. Carol was excellent at communicating and very helpful when we needed to change our booking due to personal circumstances. Thank you for a great stay Carol and the delicious complimentary cream tea you left for us. We would definitely come back here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful place. Tony and Rosemary provided everything we needed for a long weekend relaxing stay. Their communication was excellent and they were always on hand to answer questions. I loved having a hot tub, which made the value great. The area was very peaceful and private, and in easy driving distance of lots of local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We were 4 people and the place was very nice and beautiful. We checked in late evening but Paul welcomed us warmly and showed the place.He was very nice! My kids liked the outdoor toys which gave us some time to ourselves. The communication was great. Nice, clean and kids room was cute! We also enjoyed bbq and the stay.Thank you Paul.

Great stay in a beautiful location with many amenities included in the room. Peaceful and basic, but everything you would need. We would only recommend something to deter the Wasps as the room is located near to the Oak tree but this would be the only minor thing!

Absolutely perfect stay at this lovely cabin! Nicola and Paul are amazing hosts and really made us feel welcome and at home. The cabin is in their beautiful garden but still feels very private. It had absolutely everything we needed and was very comfortable, we particularly enjoyed being able to eat on the little patio which is a real suntrap in the evenings. Everything about our stay was top notch, highly recommend this lovely cabin which is perfectly located to explore Bath.

Nice little gem, out in the mendip hills. Lovely views, peaceful and great location for visiting bath and bristol. Highly reccomend!

Jessica’s pod was absolutely amazing, the best experience I’ve ever had at an airbnb. It was clean, very modern and homely. The views whilst driving up and at the pod were incredible. The room was spacious with the perfect sized bathroom and the back porch was a lovely area to relax in. The hot tub was easy to use and the temperature was perfect and also very clean. Mini bar was filled to the brim with many choices and a lot of complimentary gifts which just topped the service! Jessica was very helpful during my stay, included all information necessary making the stay nice and easy. Any questions I had Jessica replied straight away which made the stay even more stress free. No complaints with anything at all, the best getaway I’ve ever had!!!

Used the hut for a lovely girls weekend, the space was just right with a lovely hot tub. The view was incredible and there were lots of local things to do. If you are looking for a quiet secluded weekend away to treat yourself then this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Ashlea Lakeside Resort! The Kingfisher Pod was beautifully designed with high-spec finishes, and the whole setting was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was spotless and clearly put together with care and attention to detail. We especially loved the hot tub – such a perfect way to unwind. We’ve already shared the details with friends. Such a lush place! 🤩
