Beautiful apartment with outdoor space. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Tom or Caroline responded within minutes to any questions and checked everything was ok soon after we arrived It is the second time we have stayed in one of Toms apartments and we would do so again Can’t imagine a better place to stay in this part of Bristol

My partner has an excellent stay here for work, the owners even moved him to a secondary location as this was booked for this week. Great communication, lovely home.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Nic and Emily's place. The flat is new and beautifully decorated, with high-quality furniture and kitchen appliances. It's sparkling clean and boasts an incredible view, along with convenient parking. We were initially a bit concerned that it might be noisy, as it's located on the riverfront. However, the bedroom windows face the inner courtyard (as shown in the photos), and the windows themselves are very high quality, so it was actually very quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The location is also great – just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and nice restaurants, yet the area itself is quite calm and residential overall. We highly recommend this place.

Superb AirBnB flat. One of the best I have stayed in. Well located in a fantastic converted location on the city's riverside and a short scenic walk to everything this very cool City has to offer. Really comfortable place stacked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The parking space is next to the property and very easy to get in and out of. I would happily live somewhere like this :) Host and flat highly recommended. Thank you

A really lovely apartment, easy to find with off street parking, in a quiet residential area, yet very convenient for everything - the lido was a 2 minute walk away, and all the shops and restaurants on Whiteladies Rd just minutes away. Spotlessly clean, with lots of lovely extras like homemade bread and brownies, plus fresh milk and butter. A lovely place to base ourselves for a couple of days, will definitely return!

We stayed over Christmas, including cooking the feast: the house had everything we needed, was warm, well-equipped and nicely furnished. Minor thing: I’m a big chap, and one of the three beds was, for my comfort, too short and much too soft (and creaky!) so I spent a couple of nights on the sofa sorting my back out (which was great and long enough for comfort!) but that was the only challenge: the rest of my family were very comfortable in their rooms and we had a truly great stay, really appreciated. Thank you!

Grants place is excellent, beds were super comfy, bathrooms extremely clean. The kitchen area is fantastic with some big folding doors onto the garden which made the room feel huge. Had everything we needed, everything was super clean. I look forward to staying again in the future, great value for money!

Lovely house in a quiet location, just next to a small park in a peaceful street. Great pizza place round the corner and a pub which also looked good. We were a family with two teenagers and felt very at home here. We loved the big kitchen with pretty garden and being able to walk into the city centre easily. Would definitely come back!

Will’s place was a pleasant walk from Clifton Village with its independent shops and good choice of restaurants but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful street away from the main road. The apartment was well proportioned, lots of natural light with the bonus of a sunny front courtyard and fantastic to have the secure off street parking space which was accessible from the back of the property through the rear courtyard garden. Will was really helpful with local recommendations and very responsive to our questions. We had a really nice relaxing break. Thanks Will

A lovely apartment in the heart of Clifton Village, right next the White Lion pub with its terrace overlooking the Avon Gorge plus iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge. Vanessa was really helpful and welcoming when we arrived, and gave us lots of recommendations of places to go to eat/explore. We will definitely be back to Clifton.

This was the perfect ‘little happy place’. Totally recommend staying here and, if available, will do so again. All your needs catered for, and great hospitality throughout stay. We stayed at Simon & Liz's place and had a wonderful time. It's in a great location in Clifton with easy access to lots of places. The flat is wonderful - a great size and well decorated. We had a very comfortable stay there!

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful house nestled in a lovely corner of Bristol. The city is an easy walk away, but the flat is nice and quiet. The flat is a lovely rustic little place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Norman was very responsive to all my questions, and very helpful with working out things like parking. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Lovely, good sized basement flat, 10 mins walk from the busy bustling dock areas, with so many restaurants & activities, 5 mins from a large ASDA. Nice and clean, lovely little courtyard if weather permits. Upstairs neighbours a bit noisy Parking permit a massive plus point and done electronically by Che. Parking on street outside the flat.

Had a great weekend here with my girlfriends. We loved the apartment, the garden and the beautiful wisteria. We walked to the lido, to the harbour and got a quick Uber to Clifton to see the bridge and browse the shops. The apartment was a great space to hang out, the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Zunnetta left us to it but was super quick to reply to any messages. A gorgeous weekend in a fab spot.
