Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Excellent accommodation in a very nice & quiet location. Easy access to the town & harbour where you could find restaurants, pubs & walking routes around the local area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I must commend the host for their exceptional hospitality. The attention to detail was evident from the moment I entered the spotless, well-maintained home. The host provided a comprehensive guidebook, over 50 pages long, detailing not only the amenities but also local dining options and attractions. What truly set this place apart were the thoughtful touches, like wall-mounted frames with local tips and recommendations, and a children's room thoughtfully stocked with gender-specific toys. The kitchen, bathroom, and linens were impeccably clean, and the check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the host's clear instructions. Overall, a truly memorable stay!

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

We were very impressed with Adam’s apartment. It was very clean with everything you could need. It was in a beautiful location looking over Goodrington beach with sea views. The doors opened up onto the balcony which was great. The swimming pool looked lovely but the weather was just too cold to use it in February. It was only a short stroll to the beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return.

Great 3 bed spacious apartment, 3 minute walk to cliff top promenade. A fab stay in Babbacombe and easy access to Torquay via a 5 minute drive. We’d stay again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Admiral’s Quarters. The accommodation is in a brilliant location really close to the centre of Dartmouth but very peaceful with the most beautiful views. The place is immaculate and has everything you need for a really comfortable stay . Peter was super helpful and friendly and helped us with our bags when we arrived , he was also on hand if we had any questions or queries . We all had the most relaxing stay in the most beautiful location , we will definitely come back in the near future . Really appreciated the welcome gifts of delicious shortbread & fudge. Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. We had such a lovely week here over Easter. The views are to die for at this property, and even on the odd rainy day it was simply a pleasure to be in this house soaking up the wonderful views all around. Hot tub was also amazing and loads of lovely places to sit outside too. The beds were super comfy and the place peaceful, but also pubs and Dartmouth just a step away. Mark was a super helpful host as well. Thank you 😊

Wendy’s house is a delight, overlooking the sea at Hope Cove. We went in off season, but local pub was open. The accommodation is exactly as described, warm, comfortable and in a great location- the local roads are a bit narrow though!! Easy drive to Salcombe. I would imagine it gets very busy here in the summer as it is such a lovely area.

Perfect house for a family of 5. It was equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a week away. Town was just a short walk up and down the hill, no problem with a pushchair. The view from the lounge window was a personal highlight!

We all had a fantastic holiday, it was our first time as a blended family and we all had lots of space to both interact together quiet/private time too. The facilities were fantastic for both adults and kids. Overall a great place for a family / large group and a great base for the surrounding area / south coast

The perfect place to stay for a few nights while I was on a course - much better than a hotel room. Close to train station and within walking distance of the town centre, supermarket and the river area. We used the drive for the car, but it might be a bit offputting for some. Very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. We felt very at-home, and the bedrooms worked well for three adults. Good comms from the owner.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We enjoyed an excellent break here over Christmas. The apartment is exactly as described, having large bedrooms with great views over Torbay and a very well equipped kitchen that was a blessing for making a Christmas dinner! Dean was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay and I would highly recommend.

Loved our stay at Rebecca’s place. Lovely, cosy spot right in the centre of Brixham. Easy to find and check-in. Rebecca was lovely and responsive and had recommendations on where to go locally for food. Close walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and pubs. Great for a long weekend break to explore Brixham and the surrounding areas!

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Lynne's apartment was all outstanding. Really appreciate all the little touches and easter twigs. Whole stay was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend. Amazing views from balcony. Lovely walk along sea front and even watched sunset on beach with a man playing the bagpipes. Thanks for everything we will be back
