Notre sejour s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est impeccable. La literie confortable. Quartier calme, proche du centre ville. Je recommande!

Vše v naprostém pořádku a komunikace a domluva výborná.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und ist absolut perfekt gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß schnell in die Innenstadt gelangen. Zum Parken empfehlen wir das Parkhaus 10 Minuten entfernt. Man kann zwar fast direkt vor der Unterkunft am Sonn- und Feiertag umsonst parken, allerdings nur bis 22 Uhr abends. Die Parkplätze sind blau umrandet, das heißt: kostenpflichtig. Im Parkhaus kostet es von 22h abends bis 8h morgens 8 Euro. Das ist absolut in Ordnung. PS: Die Wohnung von Denisa ist zwar im 4. Stock, dies entspricht aber dem Knopf mit der 5 im Fahrstuhl! Das EG ist dort mit 1 angezeigt. ;-)

hostiteľ komunikuje priateľsky, ochotne a rýchlo. byt je presne taký ako na fotkách čistý a nový. pozícia bytu je ideálna, všetko potrebné je hneď v okolí. parkovanie priamo pred bytom odporúčam 10/10

We had a wonderful 4-day stay! Leona is an incredibly hospitable, attentive, and responsive host. We're especially grateful for her kind attitude towards our dogs — they were welcome to stay with us and had full access to the beautiful garden, which they absolutely loved. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to fully explore the lovely surroundings, but we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect,exactly like on photos,great view of the city from the balcony and easy to get to the city center by a public transport. Also goceries and shops are at walking distance. We had a great stay at this place.Thank you.

Great stay : the apartment was great and in a Nice neighborhood. The supermarket was close by as well as the tram, plus thé city center is also close enough to walk to it. Bara and Jan were very friendly. I highly recommend staying at their place!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Besonders hat uns der Wintergarten gefallen. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We felt right at home. Easy walk to tram to get into town. Convenience if having a kitchen and grocery store so close was great. We appreciated the rapid responses we received from Jan. Wonderful stay!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Roman's place. It is perfectly suited for one and two people. Very clean, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood with walking access to public transport hub. The large bed was super comfy and I slept very well. Check in and checkout were super easy. I'd be happy to return if I am around.

Ubytování splnilo (2ložnice, soukromí, blízké nemocnice), co jsme potřebovali, takže za mě OK. Je to jinak velice hezký byt, s parkováním, dostatečně vybavený. V blízkosti campus MUNI, nákupní centrum, nemocnice, dojezd na dálnici nejlepší z Brna a do centra, pokud není Brno rozkopané, taky dobrý.

Apartament w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania! Na uwagę zasługuje komfort i przytulność oraz wielkość mieszkania! Mogliśmy wypocząć w ciszy i naładować akumulatory!😊 Poza tym świetny kontakt z właścicielem!😊 Nic dodać , nic ująć. Możemy polecić to miejsce z czystym sumieniem 😊

Ubytování bylo skvělé! Moderní byt, který nás okamžitě zaujal svou útulností a vybavením. Největším bonusem byly dvě obrovské televize, vířivka a prostorná vana, které dodaly pobytu na luxusu. Všechno bylo čisté, stylové a promyšlené do detailu. Navíc je byt skvěle umístěný – jen 5 minut od centra tramvaji, což bylo opravdu praktické. Hostitel byl velmi rychlý v komunikaci a proaktivní, což celý proces ještě více usnadnilo. Opravdu jsme si pobyt užili a můžeme jen doporučit.

Sehr gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Orte schnell zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreichbar! Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Lukas und uns hat es sehr gefallen. Lukas hat eine sehr schöne und detailreich eingerichtete Wohnung.

S pobytem jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Ubytování příjemné a čisté. Můžeme jen doporučit 👍
