Howard’s End is a self contained single storey annexe with ample parking. It adjoins my home which was originally an Edwardian wheat store. Perfect for couples , a travel cot is available for a small child. 8 miles east of the beautiful historic city of Norwich with easy access to the famous Norfolk-broads as well as the lovely beaches of the East and North Norfolk coasts. A wonderful area for sailing , canoeing ,walking and bird watching. Two coarse/carp fishing lakes within walking distance.

The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers.
