I had a fantastic stay at Matt’s place in Brundall, Norwich. The home was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful touch of having some food essentials ready for us in the fridge like bread, butter, milk, eggs, and orange juice, as well as tea and coffee. It made settling in so easy and was much appreciated after the journey. Matt was a very friendly and helpful host, easy to communicate with and always willing to assist if needed. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Matt

Paul's cottage was the perfect place for a restful, long weekend. We appreciated the warm welcome and the lovely treats left for us. Everything in the cottage worked superbly, from the heating to the shower, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook holiday meals, plus a range of teas, filter and instant coffee. My kids enjoyed the board games and the toys/books (my youngest fell in love with 'Basil'), and as a family we rediscovered the delights of Scrabble! There were thoughtful touches everywhere. The surroundings were beautiful and so quiet. We loved it, and would heartily recommend it.

What a lovely, lovely stay. Had the nicest time this week. Erna was so lovely and left plenty of goodies for me when I arrived. Room was immaculate and in such a good location, with shops just round the corner. Thank you so much will definitely stay again :)

A perfectly appointed and comfortable apartment for one. Every little detail considered, great communication and generous breakfast included in the price. Set in a very quiet residential street close to the centre of Wymondham. Will be back!

Lisa was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay. Only two things to point out, the accommodation we were in is very comfortable but it is two bedrooms and two bathrooms but no real living room. One small point is that the fridge does not have a freezer, in case you were needing ice!

This is a lovely, quiet place to stay on a beautiful part of the UK. Only 25 minutes from Norwich but right away from everything. The compact flat has been tastefully and lovingly decorated, and was equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were thoughtful and kind; little touches like the use of W3W addressees to help us be sure we were in the right place and the little bottle of milk in the fridge help to ensure a bright start to our stay. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for somewhere to get away from it all, or for a base from which to explore Norwich and the Broads

The nook was an absolutely amazing getaway for us both and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Both Dawn and Graham were so lovely and welcoming and suggested loads of things to do nearby and were very lovely to talk to 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely stunning area, we felt like we were in paradise. The annex is gorgeous and more than comfortable. It was luxurious. Aline was so welcoming and friendly, we felt right at home and very cared for. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

absolutely lovely accommodation bigger than the photos show sitting room gets a lovely sunny afternoon/evening through the patio door with your own patio to sit on great comfortable bed. with plenty of storage units in the bedroom shower is nice and is quite large kitchen area is also nice good area for local walks village 5minute walk ideal accommodation for a nice and relaxing break

The big open views give this cozy studio a spacious feel. We stayed here for 4 nights over Easter and found Dawn's place to be immaculately clean and tastefully appointed, with a very comfy bed, quality bedding, large walk in shower and nice thick towels. The heating was really efficient too. Dawn's communication was always swift and we knew if we needed anything she would be right there. Dawn managed to make us feel very welcome and looked after whilst totally respecting our privacy and keeping her distance. We managed fine in the compact kitchen with toast and cereal in the morning and eating out on a couple of nights. We also picked up some beautiful dressed crab from the Crab Hut in Brancaster with a variety of M &S salads one evening. Fabulous location so close to both Broads and Coast. Highly recommended and would definitely return. An absolute gem of a place with a brilliant host. Thank you Dawn!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly cozy. Kevin and Lisa thought of every little detail to make us feel welcome, from the thoughtful hamper, the welcome prosseco and chocolates, the doggy goodies box, to the clear instructions and local recommendations. The location was peaceful and picturesque, with lovely walks nearby and easy access to charming towns. The cottage itself had everything we needed and more, with a super comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a warm, homely atmosphere. Our dog also had the best time exploring the area! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this little gem—can’t wait to come back!

A comfortable cottage to spend a few days with a separate kitchen and dining area overlooking a beautiful garden. It has a comfy bed space upstairs and plenty of books and games. Everything was clean and functional and I would totally recommend this as a quiet retreat that is near enough to visit places like Blakeney and Blicking Estate.

There is a reason Rob is a super host. Not only are the accommodations absolutely perfect, your hosts are amazing people! Do yourself a favor and select Rob’s place to stay when you are in the area. You’ll be happy you did! We will definitely stay here again, when we return.

We had a nice stay at the annexe, it was cosy and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Really nice touch with breakfast items, milk juice provided. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, we will have no hesitation to book again

Very impressed with accommodation, and also very helpful with the area also, never seen such a clean property and they left us some food supplies to get us going. the ergonomics are well thought out, housed four of us no issue. couldn't be happier especially with such short notice. worth it!

What a fabulous place. So glad we chose it - it didn’t disappoint. Super clean, comfortable - everything you needed. On a great spot with lovely walk along the broad within minutes. Great for spotting birds and wildlife. Owners are very friendly but allow you your own space. We hired a boat from broads tours at wroxham on the first day and explored Winterton and Horsey on the second. Loved the fur and feathers pub - great for beer and lovely evening meal. Huge portions. Kitchen well equipped - loved our bbq looking out over the broad. Can’t think of a bad thing to say

Tim and Rachael's place was everything we wanted for a short stay. We felt very welcolme and communication was great. It was quiet, bed was comfortable, lovely shower, well thought out place with everything we needed. The welcome pack was appriciated as we were caught up in traffic getting to Norwich so we were very tired when we arrived. Milk, tea, coffee, snacks and more were on offer. If it is free when we visit Norwich we would certainly stay again. Thank you

This Air bnb is exceptional, Mary & Graham are wonderful hosts and the property is spacious and really comfortable. Fantastic welcome pack. We definitely recommend and hope to go again in the future.

what a wonderful place to stay for a couple of nights. Richard was lovely, and very helpful. an unfortunate power cut happend, but Richard kept us informed. the shower is amazing, a nice comfy sofa to relax on, and a the bed Was super comfy! such a great place. thanks again Richard. highly recommend.
