The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Leave the car on the drive and within a 5 minute walk you can be paddling in the sea, eating ice cream, sipping a coffee, dining on the sea front, surfing in Viking Bay, browsing the shops and markets, watching a film at the Palace Cinema or enjoying live music with a beer. A cosy, comfortable double bedroom plus en-suite in a quiet neighbourhood in St Peters, with its own entrance and free parking. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre of Broadstairs to enjoy the many pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as some interesting shops and a lovely cinema. For some relaxing beach time head to Viking or Stone Bay. Margate and Ramsgate are a short distance away. A perfect base to explore the Thanet coast!

Draycot is a beautiful Victorian bungalow situated in the heart of Cliftonville. The Front of House is a large, sunny room with wooden shutters to the front bay and 2 side windows. A quirky, peaceful space for 1/2 people with a luxury SUPER KINGSIZE BED (6' x 6'6"). Tea/coffee/milk & toiletries are provided in the room. We're near Walpole Bay Beach & Tidal Pool, Shops & Old Town, Theatres, Eateries, Bars, Parks & The Viking Trail.

Come and enjoy the complete peace and quiet and rural walks Mongeham has to offer whilst being mere minutes away from our quaint little town and beautiful sea fronts covering our coastline.
