This place is so close to local restaurants and the train station. Great location. The unit was well furnished, and comfortable. All in all, a nice place. I'd stay here again.

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and public transport. I had a very nice stay at Veronica‘s place. Veronica was an excellent and very accommodating host. She has literally thought of everything that a guest could possibly need during their stay. The apartment is a small basement unit. But everything is squeaky clean and well organized. Since you may be sharing the apartment with up to three other guests, there are strict rules about quiet hours. However, everyone has their own private space. Also, the subway is only a little more than a block away. I would definitely recommend Veronica as a host to any visitor looking to spend a few days in New York.

Eric’s stay was situated perfectly in the midst of where we were visiting. It was easy to get around and visit the places we wanted to visit (Yonkers, Pleasantville, Tarrytown). We felt perfectly safe and comfortable at his home. Check in and check out was smooth but the key was said to be on the table but we did not find it. Tried messaging Eric but no answer. He gave us his phone number so we called but no answer. We didn’t leave a message as I didn’t feel the need to persistently message Eric if he was busy since having the key wasn’t a big deal to us. We were only staying one night and felt safe leaving the door unlocked when we went out for dinner and shopping. Overall, the stay was comfortable and compared to other stays around the area, the best price for quality.

Ya and Diego are considerate and welcoming hosts. Their place is exactly as described/seen - spacious, comfortable (incl. beds), well equipped for short/longer stays. Quiet house (upper two floors with full privacy) in peaceful, pretty neighborhood (tulips, cherry & apple trees in bloom when we stayed there) of town with history dating back to 17th-century evident. Good grocery store and restaurants nearby/walkable. Reasonably close to wide range of activities (walks, LI Sound, the City - by car or train). Hosts and place deserve their consistently high ratings. I fully recommend them and would consider returning, if back in the area.

Very nice and clean space! It is on the third floor so there are stairs to be mindful of but overall, great stay for a quick business trip.

Exactly what we were looking for while in the area to attend children's performances and sporting events. So grateful for a pet friendly, thoughtfully set up, comfortable space to call 'home' for a few days.

If you've ever been to NYC you know that space is a premium. This location was private, clean and in a quiet Bronx neighborhood. Our Co-host Brent was very responsive and answered our inquiries immediately. The space is perfect for a family and it felt like we were at home. Whenever we return to NYC we will be checking in here again.

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
