Amazing oasis after being on the road all day. Enjoyed the ambiance, easy house rules and Amenities galore. Loved the space to live in between events thru the holidays.

This rental was absolutely perfect. My family came to town for my grandmothers funeral and this house was a home away from home as we processed her passing. It allowed us a safe secure place to rest and a relaxing place to visit and share memories. The house was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. The laundry and dishwasher were easy to use. I cannot say enough positive things about this rental! Great experience during a difficult time.

This is such a great little house! It was perfect for four of us. The back yard was wonderful - we even did an Easter Egg Hunt and it was lovely! The house was spotless and even though it is pet friendly there was no sign of pets who had been there. Highly recommend for anyone in the Kansas City area!

The place was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to use them to their fullest extent. Beautiful landscaping outdoors and plenty of space for our family. Autumn was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to host our 5 girls during our girls weekend getaway. Walking distance to elms was great so we could utilize the elms spa services.

Great place to stay. Extremely comfortable and the hot tub is a great relaxing perk as well. Very clean and the addition of the coffee was nice and welcoming. Great communication for check in/check out.

The cottage was closer to the house than we preferred, but my sister and I had privacy. The hot tub was also closer to the house than we realized. Host was friendly & place was cute! Perfect overnight getaway from the kids & hubbies!

We had to come to KC in an emergency, and even though we checked in at 3:30 AM, Lance was responsive and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We then had to extend our stay at the last minute and again, very responsive and easy to deal with. Very high recommendations!
