No details overlooked - a family paradise! Our hosts were very helpful and the entire stay was wonderful - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is Mike's wife. We stayed at Scott's house for 30 nights. It is very well stocked, especially the kitchen! One of the reasons that we rented it is because it has a recliner and I have a bad hip, so all I needed to do after riding in the car 3 1/2 days from Minnesota was to sit with my leg elevated, but the recliner was broken. The pics show 4 dining room chairs but there are only 3, which didn't matter to us as it was just the two of us, also the carpets in the bedrooms are dirty, especially in the doorway of the master. Scott is a very responsive host, always answered us back!

This was our first time using Airbnb, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We came to Tampa because my wife was undergoing a procedure at Moffitt Cancer Center, and it was an emotional and stressful time for us. Having a clean, peaceful, and comfortable place to stay made a huge difference. The home was exactly as described — quiet, well-kept, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a "home away from home," which is something we really needed during this trip. The location was very convenient, especially with Moffitt just a short drive away. Our host India was incredibly kind and responsive, leaving a thoughtful welcome gift for my wife on our arrival and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We were so grateful for the small touches that showed she genuinely cared about her guests' comfort. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever return to the area, hopefully under happier circumstances next time.

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

Nadia was a good Host. She was kind and answered my questions. It was in a good location for our visit.

Our stay was great. No major complaints. The GPS directions kept sending us to the adjacent street but it was not a major inconvenience. Would definitely come back.

Thank you Mike for an incredible stay and great experience! One of the best we have ever had, and one of the most beautifully designed and color-coordinated villas we have been in with Airbnb. Mike's villa is in a well-maintained quiet-gated community, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The physical space is spotless, spacious, comfortable and had everything needed and more including having available for use an awesome Sonos sound system. Our Superhost, Mike, was incredibly generous with his time and suggestions. You can tell he truly enjoys hosting. He has created a quiet oasis to use as a base to explore The Villages. This unique villa is artistic beyond description. It has been lovingly restored by Mike and filled with his choice of art/furniture collection all for his guests enjoyment. Loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood and meeting some of our new friendly neighbors during our stay. Our host was warm, engaging, and we would definitely stay again!

Rich has a great little spot, relaxing, secluded but close to all the good local restaurants. We would absolutely stay again. It was clean and very comfortable.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Biljana’s home! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The entire house was spotless on our arrival. Everything inside is totally upgraded and has beautiful finishes. The floors are gorgeous and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the fact the house was stocked with toiletries (shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels) etc. and the fact they have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even a cooler for you to use. They truly let you into their home with open arms and allow you to access all their things. The heated saltwater pool was warm at 80 degrees and clean. The pool vacuum is awesome and clears all the debris in just an hour or so. Biljana and her husband respond to all your needs very quickly and are so friendly! Only thing I may recommend is updating some outdoor pool furniture such as the patio table and chairs. Would 100% stay here in the future!

Vildana is a fabulous host. She allowed us to check in an hour early, and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a great time at her place.

We loved staying here! Plenty of room very spacious home. The house was stocked with everything!!! And super clean pool area was a huge plus also!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us

Wow!! over from the UK and so happy we found this property. The property itself is fantastic, spacious, nicely presented and provides everything needed. Views were absolutely exceptional, so peaceful across the waterways on the lower balcony for morning coffee where we did see a dolphin one day and further across Clearwater from the roof terrace which was a lovely area to relax and chill out. Cam was an exceptional host keeping us fully informed and responding so quickly to all of my questions during our week. We preferred the beach during the day, which was lovely and such a short walk. The use of the towels and umbrella for our days there was appreciated. All in All this goes down as one of the best weeks we’ve had away.

Absolutely loved staying here! Me and two other people came into town for a tennis tournament and found this Airbnb to stay at. The Airbnb was very clean and very comfortable, we all felt right at home staying here. I also loved how close this place was to the tournament site we were playing at. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay for 4 nights at Diane’s house. The house is very clean located in a quiet neighborhood. Bed in Master is very comfortable. House is well equipped with everything one needs. Would definitely stay again if we visit The Villages.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

We are so lucky to have been guests at this property. Stephen & Amanda are very considerate and accommodating hosts. The home is spotless clean, fabulous location, furnishings comfortable, especially the Master King size bed. The private backyard space is an oasis that provides tranquil serenity to reboot one's self. We spent each morning on cozy screened in patio siping coffee enjoying the palm trees and blue skies overhead. The golf cart (and bikes) an added plus. A great ride is; cross the Sumter Landing bridge and take first left to circle around Arnold Palmer course. Just beautiful for sunsets. The neighborhood is surprising quiet given proximity to town squares. We just had a memorable week staying at this Villa. Felt right at home, didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this place. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The price is very reasonable. The host is amazing always kept in touch with me and responded very quick to any questions that I had overall five star highly highly recommended

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center. The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry. A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day. I would be happy to stay there again.

Great location! Loved the backarea and sunroom. Great we had Netflix and tv in both bedrooms. Very happy!
