My family and I just returned from a 4 night stay at Jodi and Zach’s beautiful ocean front condo. The condo was spotless and had all the necessities of home. The balcony ocean views and morning sunrises was just what we needed for a peaceful family getaway. The beach was quiet and my grandchildren (us too) enjoyed the kid friendly atmosphere at the beach and the swimming pool. It was so convenient to have a restaurant right on the property Bamboo Beach Tiki bar where we enjoyed a delicious on the beach breakfast, dinner and drinks. We also visited Lauderdale by the Sea just a mile down the road which had shops and live music where we ate at Aruba Beach Cafe which also was right on the beach for stunning views. There is also multiple free travel to restaurants if you want to avoid paying for parking. I also appreciate both Jodi and property manager Daniel communication before, during and after our stay. They both were very helpful to questions and were very attentive. We will return.

Kevin’s place was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean, cozy, quiet - the kids loved the pool which was clean and heated. It’s really close to the beach too! Kevin was very responsive and a saving grace to us since we had originally booked a different location and that turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. We booked Kevin’s place and were able to get in the same day - we already are making plans to come back next year!

Great place and location. Very accessible, parking right on front, and the area around lauderdale by the sea is great!

El departamento lindo! El utensilio de cocinó sucio, quisimos suspender un par de días por el paso del huracán Milton con la dueña para estar tranquilos. Pero ella indicó que solo se podría si Miami diera orden de evacuación. Más atención tuvimos con la Sra. Liliana que es la encargada de la administración. Alquilamos por 8 días y solo nos pusieron dos rollos de papel, una bolsa de basura. La cama muy cómoda y sus almohadas deliciosas.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

We had a great time at Otis’s house. Perfect location. The beach is a 2 min walk. The house was comfortable and easy to feel at home with. Otis was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Ft Lauderdale.

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

The property came as described. Very quiet, peaceful, and private area. A quick 5-10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Pier and restaurant area. The property was clean and provided all the necessary items. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Was looking for a place that was located close to everything, and was also quiet and this is exactly what we got !! Quiet location, close to everything, and what a well equipped kitchen. Would rent again ! Thank you Annika !

We really enjoyed our stay. Bobby’s place was comfortably laid out with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and groceries. Loved the open floor plan.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

Empatia e atenção foi primordial, ficou poucos dias porém o suficiente pra ficar com gostinho de voltar. A vista do apartamento é espetacular.

El lugar de alojamiento es hermoso, cada detalle nos hizo sentir en casa. Los alrededores son agradables para caminar, volvería a ir sin duda.

The pool and beach were awesome and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The view from the balcony was amazing! Everyone we met was very friendly. You could exchange towels and linens daily if you wanted. There was plenty of seating around the pool, but we found it helpful to put our towels out first thing in the morning to get choice seating. I would go back in a heartbeat if the room was updated a bit. The carpeting had multiple stains that are not shown in the photos and the balcony needs painting and cleaning. Bedding was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean. There was a lot of attention to detail in towel display, etc., offering a positive first impression. Sufficient trash bags and paper toweling were also thankfully provided to last the week. Deb was an outstanding host! She responded quickly to all of my questions.

Este lugar es tal cual en las fotos...amplio, limpio, la ubicacion privilegiada a 1 cuadra de la playa y locales comerciales, los vecinos muy amables....Sonia siempre atenta y responde rapido...volveria sin pensarlo dos veces...Gracias Sonia por este hermoso lugar
